We had a magical stay at Sanctuary by the Sea in Dawesville! The property had everything and the lay out was brilliant! We had lots of fun with our two kids and little grandchildren and now have more precious memories of us altogether. Greg was great!

This property is outstanding. Everything was super clean, tidy and well appointed for our women's long weekend away.
We loved the location, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The spa, pool table and ping pong gave us many laughs and great memories.

A lovely house with a beautiful view. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including laundry liquid, a huge variety of bored games and all the kitchen utensils you can think of. Greg was great to deal with and gave lots of helpful tips about the local area.

Had an amazing 3 night stay at this beautiful property. The views and sunsets are spectacular from the spacious balcony. Very well equipped kitchen and easy to follow instructions for the spa, steam room etc made it a pleasure to stay here.

Lovely house with everything you need. We enjoyed the views of the ocean, golf course and even grazing kangaroos. Nice quiet area that is still close to shops (to help stock the fridge) and restaurants if you didn’t feel like cooking.

Greg’s house is stunning and immaculate. (The main bathroom feels like a hotel!) We enjoyed a relaxing girls weekend here for my 40th Birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The warm spa on a rainy night and the gorgeous sunsets over a glass of wine on the balcony upstairs made this the best weekend getaway. Greg is so lovely and accomodating and communicated everything we needed to know so well. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great location right on the third hole over looking the dunes and coast. Six mates enjoyed the stay over the weekend and a post golf soak in the large heated spa.

Could not fault the house, the instructions, the communication or any of the facilities. Just a brilliant place to stay. In addition to the facilities in the house, we saw whales breaching and a pod of dolphins while we sat on the balcony. Thanks again for letting us stay.

This house is perfect for a getaway. Great location, nice views and all the house is fitted out with a few luxury items. The entertainment area on the ground floor kept us occupied for hours and then we relaxed in the plunge pool and steam room. The kitchen is fitted out with everything you need to cook a great meal. All the rooms are spacious. Could not have been more impressed with the home. The host was very friendly and the stay could not have gone any smoother. Thanks for having us.

A group of 8 keen golfers stayed at what we nicknamed “ The Mansion”.
Everything you need is supplied, very spacious , extremely clean. The spa was fantastic. The owner Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with, answering all the queries I had in the months and days leading up to our stay. The sunset over the Indian Ocean from balcony has created lasting memories.. Will be back.

We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating my mums 80th, perfect location, a little challenging the first night when the power went out, a bit warm downstairs, as the fans stopped. But overall, can definitely recommend this beautiful, fully equipped home.

What a wonderful place for rest and recreation, the property is beautiful and very well set up with everything you need. The view is phenomenal and you can't beat that gorgeous seabreeze from the upstairs balcony and living. The beds were super comfortable and I only wished I'd booked for a longer stay! Greg is thoughtful and communicatve and the caretaker Maddi was also lovely and very organised. I really appreciate the opportunity we had to stay in this magnificent home and would love to book again next year. Thank you 😊
