The condo is very clean with all the amenities needed for the beach. The patio and side yard really helped the relaxation. Close to the beach and the gate to get to the strand. The owner was helpful and kind.

The location was perfect. The condo had everything you could possibly need! Decor was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Check-In was super easy. We will be back!

This is our 4th time to this location and 3 rd time in this property. Conni is the new owner and she has done a remarkable job upgrading the entire place. The furnishings are all new and the kitchen is so much nicer with new appliances and dishes. She truly cares about your stay and was available and responsive for any need. She even called several days after our trip to check on my husband who had stepped on a stingray the last day we were there. I hope everyone that stays will take good care of the property. It’s an annual trip for us and we will definitely be back. Thank you Conni

The property was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with paper products, spices and any incidentals you might need. We loved watching and hearing the water and it was so easy to just go down to the beach and hang out or walk. Can't wait to rent again. Vicki

Conni maintains an amazing property. It's location can't be beat right on the ocean, next to the sand. Each night we would go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and eake up each more to the sounds of the ocean. Conni has stocked the condo with everything you could need - zip lock bags, spices, cleaning supplies, many towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Furniture is comfortable, beds are terrific, and outside, there are even two chaise lounges (I didn't see them anywhere else on property!). Thank you, Conni, for the wonderful week!

Gorgeous property and location. We loved the corner unit with views west and south. I also loved that we were located right on the beach without any cars driving in front (like many places on the Strand). The owner has made some upgrades from the photos we viewed and it was lovely. The unit was clean and bright and gave us a true beach vacation feel. The beds were very comfortable. This property is located close to many restaurants and businesses in Oceanside.

We have stayed at NCV dozens of times the past 10 years but never in this condo. This condo is our go back to spot from now on, we loved it! The new owner Connie is very nice and eager to help. The condo is equipt with new items and has all the extra amenities you wouldnt think to bring to help your stay be relaxing. Thanks Connie our families had the best vacation ever, see you next year.

Enjoyed sitting in the patio. We saw a whale right from our patio seats!!! Many restaurants within walking distance. We never had to get back in the car until time to go home. North Coast Village is a great location with a lot of amenities. We will definitely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed the condo and it’s prime location. Through no fault of the owner’s, the beach was torn up out front since they were dregging the harbor. Heavy equipment operated throughout the day off and on. The TV in the living room did not work the entire time even after the owner responded promptly by sending over a technician. No luck. The internet was down for 2 days. These 3 issues were frustrating, but I understand things happen. The condo was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay very much. You can't beat the view. Liked being able to walk straight into the condo without stairs. One small note--compared to a number of other units we have stayed in at this complex, this unit could use some updating and decorator touches.

We have rented this unit for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed! The location is ideal for going out and about O'side as it is between the O'side Harbor and the Pier, close to downton for all the activities. The sunsets are phenomenal from this location and surfing is fun! The owner and his assistant are responsive regarding any questions you may have. We highly recommend this unit and are looking forward to our visit next year!!

The location can't be beat. Enjoyed our stay. Wish there were cushions on the patio furniture (not that comfortable). Hope to stay there again!

As advertised! This condo on the beach in Oceanside (a laidback California destination) is comfortable, clean and convenient. The owner is highly responsive and the property is beautifully maintained. Would love to visit again!

There isn’t enough that can be said about how awesome this location is. It’s right on the beach and at high tide the water is like 20’ away from your back porch. We loved it. That said, it has its issues and it’s in need of updating. For example, most of the windows are a little broken, the back sliding door screen came off a lot, only one standing fan worked, the outdoor furniture was missing cushions which made some of them impossible to lay down on and a couple were ripping at seams. It seems like lots of dishes and glasses have broken over the years and not been replaced so for 6 of us we had to do dishes after every meal, the beach gear was in rough shape. The good news is there’s a washer/dryer in the unit which is great and there were lots of towels. The unit comes with two parking spots which is unheard of at NCV. Like I said, the place can get away with a lot because of its spectacular view and beach access but for the premium price you pay, it feels like it should be in better shape.
