The beds were comfortable. The location was great. I didn’t realize this was a duplex and the units weren’t connected on the inside, but it was still a great stay.

The house was as beautiful as pictures on site. You will not be disappointed. The beach was close by. We were here because of a wedding and Coleman was always available for any requests. We all thought it would be a great place to have a reunion. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic House. The property was perfect for our three-generation family vacation. There was enough space for everyone and lots of space to be together, inside and out. The property is very close to the beach and just south of where vehicles can drive, so it was quiet, too. We'll be back!

We looked at so many places. This was exactly what we had hoped for and everyone has the best stay here. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The location is perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

The Atlantic House is the perfect location for days on the beach! The house itself is actually two units (up and down) and that worked perfectly for our large group (10 of us!). The units were meticulously clean, well appointed and supplied and just perfect. We'll be back!

Our Desert Storm Scout Platoon had an awesome weekend reunion and the home was amazing. Everything at the home was perfect. Great price and awesome location!

Perfect house for our family of 13 (8 adults and 4 kids). Property was very clean and love the updated kitchen and entertaining area out back. Owners are very responsive and accessible if needed. Will stay here again when visiting.

We used this location for a mid year retreat for those working in the humanitarian aid world. It was great for them to have nice accommodations with a beach near by. The home was perfect for daytime workshops, long leisurely meals, games and movies. I would consider using this home again.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, decorated nicely, and very convenient. It’s too bad. Beach access was closed off, but that is no one’s fault. It is just due to the hurricane last fall. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice if the parking area was gravel or had some finish on it instead of so much sand but do understand it is very close to the beach! Very nice getaway!

Our 3-generation family (11 adults) gathered here for Thanksgiving. All the private parking was great since we came from various spots in Central Florida. The house was exactly as advertised. Two well equipped kitchens, nice bathrooms and enough space to be together or spread out. Due to Hurricane Nicole just two weeks before our trip, all the nearby beach access points were destroyed and the nearest beach terribly eroded/gone. The beach about 2 miles south is still accessible along with the beach at Canaveral National Seashore.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! Our family has gotten together every summer in NSB and as each of our families grow, we are always looking for a place to be together, but still have our privacy too. We rented the top and bottom units and this property did just that for us! Being just steps from the beach made it easy to take the kids and not have to pack up and leave to enjoy a day at the beach. The property was very clean, and everything inside was well thought out by the very helpful, very sweet property owners. The outside garden area was so cozy and private. They left sweet touches throughout the house that made us feel comfortable and assured we were renting from great people! We left some things behind, because kids, and they contacted us to make sure we had the opportunity to get our belongings back. We will definitely be renting again in the future! Thank you Coleman and Emily for a great stay!

Great location for a fun-filled family beach weekend. Everything we needed was there for cooking and grilling, an extra frig, chairs for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated. We would choose this location again!

The house was awesome. We rented the entire house, both units. Had had 7 teens stay downstairs and 4 adults upstairs. Everything was as described. Coleman was easy to communicate with and the lady who does the clean out was super nice. Will positively be back. Place was clean and great location. beach is just steps away. Rate 5 stars

This property was exactly as advertised. We were two families spending the week together, each family had their own space with the upstairs for the larger group and the downstairs for the smaller group. House was clean and comfortable, nice and beachy, beds were extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this location for a family getaway and would definitely stay here again! We had a group of 11 stay at this property for a bachelorette party. We had plenty of space for all of us. This condo has everything needed for a great vacation!

Spending this year's holiday with family in the Deltona aera we decided to rent a house for greater peace of mind. This beach house was conveniently located in New Symrna Beach. Given that we were 2 separate parties, we liked the fact that the house is split in 2 separate units, which allowed us to spend time together but also some privacy at the end of the day. You'll find both units as described, clean and well outfitted. Spacious, modern kitchens, clean and spacious bathrooms well equipped with lots of towels and other necessities, as well as different sized bedrooms, all furnished with everything you need. As minor improvements I would suggest that the pots and pans in the upper apartment would benefit from an upgrade as would the BBQ on the upper terrace. Other than that, if you need to spend time in the New Symrna Beach area and are looking for a convenient, clean and casual beach house, the Atlantic House is a good choice.
