Good : House was really well done. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were really awesome for the family.
Bad : there were hairs in the bed. The master bath had only two towels. The towels were small , thin, and scratchy.
The bed was in a piece of furniture from 1992, and was some kind of air mattress
No night stand or available plugs on one side.
The room has tall windows with no window coverings. “ good morning sunshine “
No TV in any of the rooms.
No dressers in the rooms.
With a few smalll touches, this place is AA!

Property was very nice and suited us perfectly. The Arvada area was nice and it was a reasonable commute to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend to a friend or rebook on another vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, bed comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with things you might need. The booking process and communication with Rob the host was great. Thank you!

We did not see anything in the listing about stairs - a lot of stairs. Seniors like to know that there are stairs.

Rob was awesome as a host. He was very accommodating and responsive to my messages. The location and home were perfect for our stay.

The townhome was comfortable and clean. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! The property is in a great location convenient to Denver, Golden and Red Rock. The property manager was wonderful and accommodating. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook meals without having to purchase alot of staples. We would definitely consider staying at this property again!

the place was conveniently located with easy access to downtown and major highways. The home was clean, organized, and spacious. this was the first time I used Verbo, and after this wonderful experience, I will probably never use a regular hotel in the future.

We stayed this past weekend and couldn't be happier! The property was immaculate and just as listed! We had a group of friends and we all had our own space. Communicating with the host was great! They were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this home on short notice for our family while in between home closings. We are local to Denver so location is important. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house worked perfect for my husband and 2 teenagers who both had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had great amenities and the home was really clean. Lastly, we felt safe going on walks and parking our extra car on the street. Would definitely recommend if you need a home in Denver.

Property is clean and like brand new. Communication and check-in was easy. Went to Red Rocks twice and it’s a short commute to and from. Same ease getting downtown. Old Towne Arvada is nearby and walkable if you’re feeling it.

We stayed here so we could go to a concert at the Empower Field Stadium. It was the perfect place, because we were able to drive away from the stadium in the opposite direction of the majority of the traffic. Close to a pharmacy, food, and gas. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you!

The house had an attached two car garage and open concept kitchen and family room. The whole house was vinyl flooring, so you didn’t need to worry about old dirty carpet or anything. It was new and in a quiet neighborhood.

New Build. Those staying here need to know that it is a 3 story townhouse, and so lots of stairs. A very small balcony with BBQ and a couple small chairs. Otherwise no other outdoor space to sit. We lacked kitchen linens, but made do and did not contact owner. We did not use kitchen for cooking so we managed.

During our stay, we were going to do various adventures in Colorado and we wanted to stay in one place. Arvada was extremely convenient, near highways and centrally located. The house was super clean, newer build that was decorated with a modern theme. The host was responsive to our questions and handled the internet problems as quickly as he could. There were many amenities and nice touches throughout the house (well equipped kitchen, adequate starter supplies, hand soap, comfy blankets, bath/hand/wash towels for each guest, ice maker, 2 car garage,
etc).
We didn't realize 1 bedroom was on the main floor while the other 2 were on the 3rd floor which might not work well for families with young kids but it was okay for us.
We had a great time in Colorado and enjoyed watching a few movies on the Smart TV after a long day outdoors. 😀

Fabulous Week in CO
If you're looking for a clean, convenient location, spacious, and nice condo this one is for you. Rob was very communicative and answered any questions before and during the visit. The condo is located to about anything you'd want to do in Denver, making all within a 15 min. drive. We loved having a washer and dryer as we were in Denver for a softball tournament and are a very active family. Perfect size for our party of five. Great visit, would definitely return to this town house when in Denver.

This property was perfect for meeting of my brother and sister from different parts of the country. Perfect in that we all had our own sleeping area and bathroom as well as a gathering area.

My husband and adult children went to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was excellent as it is between the airport and the music venue. Very clean and nice…had all necessary amenities. Excellent communication with the property owner for check-in procedures. Would love to go back!

Great place for a family
We were displaced due to the fires in Boulder county. This was a perfect retreat for our family with two teenagers. They both had their own space and bathroom. The owners were kind and helpful.
