The property was amazing and very aesthetically pleasing! House is well-equipped and clean and the communication from the host was always quick and pleasant. It was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party as there was a lot to do in the area! Highly recommend!

Wonderful large comfortable home, perfect for a large group of friends to use as a home base for an Atlanta vacation. Host was very responsive. We really loved the back deck surrounded by tall trees and the convenient location.

What can I say the home is beautiful the location perfect our host, I cannot say enough about Ryan, he never let me down anytime I reached out. I would stay there again. Absolutely 100%.

Owner get you to rent at a reduced rate and then claims there is damage to the home and tries to charge over 10k on your credit card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...says we left the fridge door open and then charged 3k. house is also old and has mold

The house is beautiful and was great for a weekend stay with friends. Very comfy couches and beds, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen. There was an issue with the hot tub that we found out about right before check-in. We could still use it because it was warm out, but it never fully heated up. Two of the bathrooms in the house also weren’t clean when we got there. Other than that it was really a great stay and I would absolutely recommend it.

This MCM jewel was a great staycation for my teens and I. My daughter wants to study architecture and is smitten with Mid century modern design. Lots of nice touches, beautifully remodeled

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, spacious and centrally located. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils. Ryan even had extra comforters overnighted for the inflatables we brought for the little ones. He was available and very helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend!

The house is in a great neighborhood and has a lot of privacy. Our only knock was the pool could have been cleaner, but overall it was a great experience.

Home was perfect for 3 families with 16u baseball players in for a long tournament. Had a great time! Home is lovely and worked great for us. Beautiful setting!!

As a frequent vrbo customer this was the only rental I regret. Property wasn't well maintained. Pool was the biggest selling point and it wasn't maintained for at least a week or two. Being I spent twice as much for my family to have the ability to swim, it was very disappointing to be asked to clean the pool. Host was accessible and prompt but only provided explanations to my issues and not remedies. All in all definitely not worth it.

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous area of Atlanta full of many intriguing paintings, sculptures, and other art objects. Our family enjoyed trying to figure out the past history of the house and where some of the art might have come from. We will have to ask our host, Ryan, for more details! We were in Atlanta to attend a graduation, and Uber and Lyft were readily available and arrived quickly!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Buckhead! It felt very peaceful and secluded, but was super close to downtown ATL. Ryan was very helpful and responsive as a host. Would absolutely recommend for a girls' weekend getaway!

My group of friends had a gathering after not seeing each other for the last 2 years due to the pandemic. This house was perfect. 3.5 bathrooms was a huge key point for us. With our large group we had to have this. Parking was another plus as we had 6 cars to park. This house has a massive driveway with a huge carport and parking off to the side. The beds are extremely comfortable. We took in a show in Midtown and the location had us very close to the city. Anyone looking for a nice ADULT getaway this is the perfect home.

Loved this property because of its location near downtown ATL and because it’s secluded on a large wooded lot. The hot tub was perfectly sized for our group and quickly became the centerpiece of our stay. Some challenges with furniture quality but the home far outweighs any of that.

The house was large enough for our 4 adults and 4 children. family over the holidays. The host was thoughtful and answered questions with ease. The problem seems to be with housekeeping. The dishwasher was not emptied and was overfilled with dirty dishes .Towels were still in the. Washer and linens in the dryer. The garbage can was overfilled at the end of the driveway when we arrived and not picked up after our 4 days.

7 of us stayed here for a weekend of concerts. Great location and well equipped home for us to stay.

This house was fun and very spacious! I hosted a bachelorette weekend for my best friend here. The house provided great space for my friends and I to spread out.

We rented this home to find a central location in the city near all of the events I had scheduled for my milestone birthday. We were excited to stay here but unfortunately cleanliness was a huge issue. Irrespective of COVID-19 protocols(which were obviously not followed) the home was not check-in ready from a cleanliness perspective, for our stay. Pros: Excellent Location Beautiful home - The house is dope, love the layout and all of the natural light! The furnishings are nice - the homeowner has great taste Great amenities and nice living spaces Cons: Cleanliness, Cleanliness, Cleanliness Outdoor: -My 1st impression was 6 bags of old smelly trash in the driveway and 1 bag of smelly trash in the garage(ugh). There were rodents in the trash that night as well. It was reported immediately and not removed until the next morning around 11:15 - No one blew the leaves outside before our arrival Indoor -The microwave was filthy(stuck on food, ugh) - we cleaned by soaking the plate and thoroughly scrubbing it down -Refrigerator was filthy (sticky juice stains, old food, it was gross) - we cleaned it ourselves - The countertops were sticky and had to be wiped down - There were spider webs, dust, and dead bugs in our bedrooms and bathrooms that we wiped down and vacuumed up -Laundry from previous tenants left in the washer and dryer -Light fixture had exposed wires in the master bath -The was an overall smell of dampness throughout the home - we lit candles and opened windows and sprayed Lysol to resolve -None of the restrooms had hand towels -The pool and the hot tub were not operational upon arrival and never did appear to be cleaned or reach temperature during our stay My overall recommendation, that I shared with the homeowner was the attention to detail, and to 1. fire your current cleaning crew 2. Do a drive by before the next guest arrive to ensure that the home is cleaned and check-in ready.

The house is located in a beautiful space with lots of greenery which I love to be surrounded by when working. Its a very quiet and safe neighborhood but located within minutes to everything you need in Atlanta.
