The location was very convenient. The front desk staff was friendly. Most features in the room worked properly. It was a decent stay overall.

The toilet kept running all night. The room door was very heavy and difficult to open. The walls were thin.

Valet parking for a fee was not advertised, Found out about it once I arrived at the property.

The valet, front desk and bar the staff was super nice.

I hate they start cleaning at 8 in the morning and you hear everything that doing it’s super loud. Especially when they cleaning the rooms next to you. I got a wake call every morning at 6;30 am and didn’t request it. It seems like they didn’t reset from the last guest. The house keeping knocked on my door at 9:15 asking clean my room. I didn’t request it and was staying three more days. You can’t rest. The hold on booking says 75 dollars it didn’t say a night

Gute Lage für die, die in Buckhead etwas vorhaben. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und es gab einen Schrank für die Klamotten. Das Bad war geräumig also sehr in Ordnung. Es gab im EG eine Bar/Shop wo man Snacks und kalte Getränke kaufen konnte.

Die Badewanne war so niedrig, dass sie als solche nicht taugt, zum duschen aber so semi war weil einfach eine Badewanne. Außerdem ist die Klimaanlage bei der untersten Stufe alle 20 Minuten relativ laut angegangen. Das hat sehr gestört. Ich hätte mich bei dieser über eine einfach Funktion gefreut bei der einfach nur etwas Luft reinkommt, nicht gekühlt und nicht beheizt.

Super locatie, goed te bereiken vanaf de Marta. Rondom het hotel is veel te voet te bereiken. Grote mall ook in de buurt

The room was comfortable and clean. It was also quiet.

Walking down the long, straight corridor to get to my room made me feel like I was in The Shining. Thank goodness there wasn't a tricycle parked at the end! The staff wasn't very warm, and one was very obviously put out when my collogue asked if she could open the lobby curtains. He made a point of closing them with a bit of a huff before we left. In the room, I could have used more counter space near the sink. There was no need for the tub (a shower would do), so the counter could have been larger. Finally, the lighting in the room was kind of dim.

Staff provided excellent service.

Room 637. Metal Tub type shower, Flush handle was broken on the toilet and externally difficult to get to flush and the bathroom sink was incredibly slow to drain. Breakfast was a low end traditional continental style breakfast bar. Somewhat disjointed and grouped strangely. Front desk was understaffed and digital check in was unavailable.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Tiffany. Es war sauber. Check out erst 12 Uhr. Für uns sehr praktisch gewesen.

Parken entweder 40 Dollar, dann wird das Auto vom Mitarbeiter geparkt. Oder etwas die Straße hinunter, dann billiger. Aber bei der Lage ist es auch irgendwie verständlich.

L’établissement est propre, classique pour ce genre d’hôtel .

L’accueil . Le valet pour prendre notre voiture qui nous pose mille questions alors que dans d’autres hôtels cela se passe en 1 minute . La personne qui est l’accueil voit qu’il y a un problème mais ne se déplace pas . Aucune aide et aucune compréhension de leur part pour nous aider . Nous sommes français et ils ne font aucun effort .

The room, they left trash in front of the elevators for days, and they charge for breakfast. What hotel doesn’t give free breakfast.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. The person that checked us in told us nothing of the property and he didn’t even tell us where to park. We were not aware that we either had to pay valet or pay in a parking garage every day. When we tried to check out, a different man was working and talking with another woman and when he got done talking to her, he just walked away and left me standing there so I just had to leave the room keys.

1. They need more staff in the front. Took nearly an hour to check in because there was only one front desk worker. 2. The toilet in the room would not flush. 3. Upon leaving , requested valet to bring the car around. No other person was there so it shouldn’t have taken that long. It took the guy (light skinned with cornrows) 30 min to bring the car around. We saw him go sit in his car for 5-10 min before getting up to get my car. This was after we ran into him and he asked if we needed valet. I informed him that I requested it on the link. 4. Someone clearly wasted something in the lobby and elevator but no one seemed to want to clean it up. The hallway and elevator stayed sticky for majority of our stay.

Buena ubicacion, tamaño de la habitation. El desayuno de a pago, estaba complete y variado, algo que ultimamente no veniamos encontrando.

Nos apareció que la habitación estaba un poco descuidada ( papeles de techo y baños despegados o saltados), en nuestra estancia no nos hizo la diferencia pero creo que son detalles que bajan la impresión de la habitación y no cuesta nada mejorar

The hot water was just warm. The toilet ran by itself. The grout around the tub was filthy. If you turn off the heater it just comes back by itself making us hot while we slept.
