Clean spacious 2 bedroom condo with amazing view of New Smyrna beach. The condo comes with all the amenities of Minorca which is a huge plus. The oceanfront patio and kitchen/ family room were also large and tidy.
Communication from ownership was timely and courteous without being overbearing. Overall a great stay we will look to do again!

Lovely condo in great location! Great big balcony-which we love as I hang out there alot relaxing. View is awesome. Nice pools and can walk to busy part of beach to to Dog area and quiet area along the inlet. Thank you very much Terry!

Our family of 5 stayed here this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The view, condo, the pools and hot tubs, the waves, everything was perfect. Great communication throughout. We will definitely come back.

Terry's condo was the perfect spot after a week hiking in Georgia. When you walk in the door, you are presented with an amazing panoramic ocean view that never lets you down. We had a quiet, peaceful week and spent many hours on the porch enjoying the quiet and the view.

We enjoyed Terrys property so much! She was so helpful and the condo had EVERYThing! The view is breathtaking and the whole place feels like an upscale resort. The condo was super clean and well stocked. We hope to be back next year !

My husband and I had an extended stay at this property. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend. Everything you would want/need was provided. The owner was so nice and extremely responsive when we contacted him. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Due to the fact that my wife and I were never able to stay at this condo, this may seem like an unusual review. Shortly before check-in, I begin having some health issues, I notified the host that it was possible, we would not be there on the start date. He was very sympathetic, and said that he would work with us in anyway he could. I later advised That we would not be able to stay due to continuing health issues. Again the host was extremely sympathetic, and worked closely with us so as to be reimbursed for our payment to VRBO. He went well out of his way to do this. The host concern, sympathy, and patience with regard to our situation, was truly remarkable Given the character of the host, we can’t imagine that this condo would be anything other than a perfect place to stay in New Smyrna Beach

5 stars! We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice clean place. Decorated very nicely! The view from the balcony is beautiful! If you’re a surfer one of the best waves and the most consistent wave on the east coast is a 5 minute walk. The surrounding area, the pools and fitness center are nice. Thank you for having us and we look forward to our next visit :)

My sister, neice, daughter and I stayed for just under a week and everything was wonderful. So close to the beach, the nature boardwalk and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice..clean with a beach vibe. The view of the ocean and pool were amazing..even cool when watching the storms! Terry, the owner was timely in responding to our questions. Woul definitely stay again when visiting Florida.

Everything about this property was perfect! The views were breathtaking. The condo was located a convenient distance for our event in Daytona while still allowing us to get away from the crowds and relax.

From entry to departure it all worked perfectly. Lovely, clean , well appointed condo. Pools are both nice, plenty of pool furniture and tables for your stuff. Road our bikes to town for breakfast at the Beacon, fun. Had a great stay would definitely go back.

This is truly a 5 star condominium. Our family of four were delighted with all the amenities the condo had to offer. Plenty of space to congregate and plenty of places to have solitude. Everything needed to cook and eat with. Beautiful view, lovely complex. Every comfort- seating, bathrooms and bedrooms. We rented a cart and had fun tooling around the North Beach. We highly recommend Terry’s place and would gladly stay again next time we come to Florida.

This New Smyrna Beach Condo had everything and more than we could ever need. i loved having a full well stocked kitchen and personal washer and dryer.

Very nice place with a beautiful view. Beds and furnishings very comfortable. Host was very helpful. 5 min walk to the beach, less than10 min drive to shops and restaurants.

The place has an incredible view! Loved watching the waves, the surfers, and the weather from the balcony. Well appointed with comfy beds, furniture, and towels. Even beach chairs and boogie boards! Beach and pools are steps away. The community has yoga in front of the condo twice a week which was lovely. There was an issue with housekeeping not finishing their work which Terry delt with swiftly and appropriately. Out of his control and hopefully a one-off. A very responsive owner.

We can't say enough positive remarks on this property! We've lived in Florida our whole lives and have never stayed at a place with better views of the beach and intercoastal. A true piece of heaven. Terry is an awesome owner who communicates promptly with any questions or concerns!
