Very nice and updated. The owners always replied back to me with a quick response to my questions.
The location was great. Highly recommend this property

We had a great time, spending Christmas in Philly. The unit was spacious and clean. There were many great restaurants and sights within walking distance.

The condo was really clean, spacious, and well furnished. I really liked the turntable complete with some classic R&B and Jazz records, this really made our dinners nicer. Speaking of dinners, the kitchen is very well appointed with a commercial grade stove/oven combo, large refrigerator with icemaker, and coffee maker. The only complaint we had is that the cookware was very cheap in comparison and there were no pot holders, dish rags, or any other kitchen linens at all. Probably not a big deal if you don't plan to cook but it was a bit strange to have a super nice stove and oven but super cheap cookware. Other than that, the property was flawless.

Mostly clean, but with crumbs and debris from someone’s snack left on the coffee table. It’s spacious, but sterile and cold, almost no pictures on the walls ( nails in the walls suggest they’d been removed). The fridge has no ice maker or even ice trays. The 3rd bedroom has no windows, no TV and the internet doesn’t reach it. Tissues aren’t supplied and the toilet paper is very cheap. There are no towel racks in the guest rooms or bath. The washing machine had mold inside the door. The up and downstairs neighbors were noisy and you can hear every step or shout. The internet is under powered and cuts off frequently.
But what really upset me, was I received two urgent texts WHILE I WAS AT MY SON’S WEDDING saying that their staff notified them that we hadn’t checked out that morning as we were supposed to! (Our reservation was supposed to be til the next day.) This caused me huge upset, as I had two friends staying with me, both over 70 and both with early AM flights home the next morning! I had to step out of my sons wedding , and in a panic, call Bespoke Stay management who said, oh it was a mistake, but You owe money on the rental. They then texted me a bill with different fees (higher) than I had contracted for. That evening, as we all needed to make final plans home, the internet didn’t work at all and management wasnt able to tell us where the router was located!
Needless to say, this was not a good customer experience.

The apartment is located one block from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. It is walking distance to most major sites and Literally 15 min from the airport and 5-10 to the sports complexes. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Philly if this spot is available. We mostly ate out but this is a great place to hit the Redding Market buy some steaks or fresh seafood and eat in. The noise of the city is evident but you are right in the heart of it, this was expected. Great space to lounge in after a scorching afternoon ballgame. I would certainly return

Good location
Overall great - good communication, good location, clean. Only drawback was the street noise; typical for an urban environment but at times quite loud. Did not use the ice maker but it did not work.

Location!
Our family of 5 was very comfortable here for four nights. Its a beautiful home with plenty of room. Stay here if you're looking for the best location. Just steps away from the liberty bell/independence hall. Yes, you will hear noises of the city and neighbors, but that is part of being in the city and a great location. Loved the urban experience and walkability for our suburban kids.

Wonderful location-walking distance to museums, great restaurants and sites. Property manager responsive to questions.

Decent location but needs some work
The location is on the east side of town, so if you want to see Rocky, Rittenhouse or Love Park you have a bit of a walk or an Uber in your future. But, it is only one block from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
The property felt only “surfaced” cleaned. The doorknobs, wood floors and the refrigerator were sticky and there were crumbs on the counters and noticeably under the small appliances. The kitchen sink smelt terrible and both sinks in the primary bedroom were very slow to drain. The smaller third bedroom has no windows (which I know happens in condos/apts.) or a TV. There is barely any decor on the walls in the condo, just holes where prior decor used to be. This just made the condo seem underwhelming and not the “luxurious million dollar condo” as advertised. The view into the condo from the elevator was nice.
The road noise was much louder than expected (you’re on the third floor and you don’t find this out until the day before check-in) and the noise is constant and can be disturbing in the early morning hours. The primary bedroom no longer looks like what’s in the listing pictures, so that was a bit of a let down.
Your access into the building is located a short ways down an alley. Unfortunately, there was an event in this alleyway during most of my stay (not the fault of the condo owner) and their equipment was constantly blocking the door and their set up and take down was very loud and began very early (we checked in at 6:30a and they were already there working).
The most disturbing thing was that we were already more than 24 hrs. into our stay when someone unexpectedly entered the condo. There is no lockable door to enter the condo. You gain direct access by typing in a provided code once you’re in the elevator and the elevator opens directly into the condo. We did find out later that it was someone from the management company (not some random person) dropping off the garage key card (better late than never I guess). But, the fact that they entered the condo unannounced felt like it violated our safety and privacy. It would have been nice if the management company would have notified us in advance to let us know they were coming. This freaked my daughter out immensely.
Communication with the management company from the start of reservation was great (minus the one time that was somewhat traumatizing) and they responded quickly through messaging through the VRBO app and phone and every single time.

Great location
Parking just down the street in garage with card access. Close to wawa and independence park- only down sides can hear neighbors and vice versa- also communication emailed and texted some questions with no response.

Great spot for a Philly visit!
The apartment was beautiful and it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see and do. Having the parking deck so close was a huge bonus! everything was very conveniently located.
