Was signed up for king and twin with kitchen. Got two singles and a coffee pot. No cups. No coffee. Baseboards were coming off. No knob in hot water in tub. No dressers etc. two straight chairs and desk chair. Head board was missing from bed.

It was clean and the beds were nice.

The price, the view, no phone in room.

We were there all of five minutes. The bed had bed bugs. We saw the person on duty go in and swipe the dead ones off of the comforter.

Didn't like anything. Beds ok.

Just about everything. It was old, musty, outdated furniture. Some lights didn't work. Grounds were unkempt and there were piles of trash at one end of the building. Also charged $50 for my 2 small dogs, which for where it was and what it was, seemed unreasonable. I have photos of the trashy scene. Do not recommend.

I have stayed here multiple times. I always liked have options to cook my food instead of eating out everyday. Rooms that I get are very large and comfortable.

My reservation was lost. The room I had was covered in stickers and was not very clean compared to other times I had stayed. Got woke up two mornings in a row to move my car for garbage truck. They were in the middle of remodeling and cleanliness suffered from it. There was a guest who looked like she was living there and was very noisy in the middle of the night. Not to mention she was hoarding a bunch of junk in front of her room.

Was clean and the staff was friendly setting was very nice really enjoyed the chairs and picnic table out front under the tree

Bed mattress was broke down a little in our room (16). We left early on Tuesday morning to go on the train ride out the maid wanted sign on our doors 15 & 16 returned form Silverton train ride about 8PM and our rooms hadn’t been touched no clean towels my wife and I had to shower and dry off with wet dirty towels we picked up off floor called the phone # no answer left msg no response my wife was upset called the emergency # a recording she left msg explaining its not a emergency but couldn’t get hold of anyone and we never heard back my other brother in room 18 had his room cleaned 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ All 3 of us left the maid sign on the door

The beds were comfy, the room was VERY clean.

The check in process could have been better, but I did read the reviews before hand and this seems to be an ongoing problem so we were prepared.

The Clerk to check us in was very late getting to work. He gave us a discount though so that was nice of him.

Josh was the only bright star. He explained pricing and got us checked in quickly. He gave us a great recommendation for food we could get delivered to the room. Meanwhile the owners appeared to be just there in the office on their phones. Did not welcome me or even look at me. Saw them again when I got ice. They just ignored me and continued on their phones. ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED.

Poorly kept. Falling apart . Garbage outside the dumpsters on the ground. Windows and vents filthy. Spatters of something brown on the ceiling in the shower. Right by the highway although pictures are made look like the property sits back.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

- Chairs located outside the doors and in a common area to encourage guests to sit outside - Gas grill in common area for guests to use - Microwave and larger than usual refrigerator in room

- Desperately in need of update - Bathtub was extremely slick and no non-slip mat was provided - Towels enough for two guests only (reservation was for three guests) - Live bugs crawling everywhere—bathroom, floor, nightstand and on us as we lay in bed - Beds are not on a true frame and rested against the wall (no headboard) - Office not opened at the time stated - No secondary lock on the door, only a knob lock. - No “Do Not Disturb” for the door. The cleaning staff or someone walked right into our room at 8:30am while we were still laying in bed watching tv. No knock. - Way overpriced. Not at all worth the nightly rate.

Location is fine, it was one of the first things we hit coming into town. Never met staff; I got a voicemail saying they'd leave the key under the mat at the door to my room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Internet quality was slow but decent.

AC is super high, could barely reach to turn it on or adjust it (room was warm when we arrived). Was mostly surprised at the price for how dated of a place it is. $94 for the room, $111 after taxes; I've stayed in better for much less. The shower was terrible; I was alternately scalded & frozen every 7 seconds, and it never evened out.

It was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in unit #26 and to our surprise it had a fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and appliances!

The shower/tub valve was hard to adjust and the water was a little too hot.

Close to downtown

Front door entry- porch was very dirty! I had to sweep it so we wouldn’t track dirt into our room. No screens on the kitchen or bathroom windows, beds not comfortable. Way overpriced for the room!!

The bed was very comfortable ! Room was a good size. Older decor but everything worked!!

Little better locks on door would be great. Could use a second night stand with plugs
