Nice area. Nice neighbors. Well furnished place. I did give a perfect review but I’d recommend to the host that they get new beds. Both parties agreed the beds weren’t very comfortable and after a week of staying there I was happy to be back in a comfy bed. They weren’t awful, they just weren’t very good. Other than that, lovely place. I’d live there if I could, and just swap out the mattresses!

Very, very clean with comfortable beds and I loved the sheets!👍 Property manager was very accommodating and friendly, she made sure we were satisfied with everything in the unit. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and the main interstate. I highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to request it again for a stay. 5 stars 😊

We came down for opening weekend and the baseball part, well they lost the first game and it NEVER stopped raining afterwards. So there were no more games. But the family still enjoyed our stay at this house, as it was conveniently located right off of the interstate, on the less busy side of Archer Road. The neighborhood is small and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. Yenni always does a great job setting things up and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

For passing through, this location was perfect. Very clean and great communication. I may not have read the listing thoroughly but I did not realize that one bedroom was a loft but still did not present a huge problem.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Gainesville. We stayed for our daughters graduation and it was perfect.
Very spacious, clean and have everything you'll need away from home. The University of Florida is just 10 minutes drive and Celebration Area where you have fine shops and resturants is really less than mile away. Great place.

The home was really clean.good location.but the refrigerator is way to loud all night.and the outside noise where they play with a Harley was aweful. One time i thouti here shots.very very loud.i would not stay there again sorry .did not feel safe.

Yenni's property was everything we expected from the description and pictures and she was responsive to all correspondence during our stay. The location was central to so many restaurants and stores and easy access to I75. My husband works remote and did have some trouble with the internet dropping quite a bit, which was a bit frustrating, but other that than it was an amazing stay.

My wife & I stayed for a football weekend. The location was literally across the street from Celebration Pointe which was great to be near for pre & post game activities. Everything you need is within a 2 mile radius, yet, it's tucked away and offered some nice privacy as well. The football stadium is less than 5 miles away. We would definietley stay again.

Within minutes of arriving to the property, we were sent a message from the host demanding more money, insinuating that not only were they watching us on camera, but created an extremely unwelcoming environment. The property was listed as a unit that slept 6, and although we had the appropriate 6 people, for only one night, the host started harassing us repeatedly demanding more money through personal apps like venmo or cash app. The whole thing seems very odd and unsavory. VRBO should be made aware of this. The unit wasn't particularly clean, and all the linens were extremely cheap, thin, and old. There was also mold on the vents. I really wouldn't reccomend this property or this host.

We had a one night trip with a lot of activities planned. This was a great place for all 5 of us, for a short stay. Great communication and easy checkout.
Host also allowed an early check in which was helpful.

My son and I stayed here when he was moving from one apartment to another over a four day period. It suited our needs perfectly. The location was just where we needed to be, convenient to dining options, grocery store, etc. The property was clean, modern and spacious. We were glad to have access to a washer and dryer as well. We felt safe here as well as comfortable. Thanks for providing the perfect place for our stay!

Comfortable, updated condo in great location
I enjoyed my stay at this condo. The kitchen has been updated beautifully, and the decorations throughout the condo are nice and welcoming. I liked the located - very close to 75, but far enough away that the condo was quiet and peaceful. It was also nice to be close to Publix and Target as well as other shopping. I would certainly stay here again!

This was an ideal location for visiting Paynes Prairie, Cross Creek and Micanopy too. Very clean, updated and well kept townhouse, close to shopping, dining and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

Literally right off the expressway, a stone's throw from great restaurants for eat in or take out, and a stone's throw for morning coffee, gas etc. Exactly what we were looking for during our trip down from Chicago to Naples.

Easy access to shops centrally located And right off interstate. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable seating for more than 2 guests in living room, but the 2 of us were fine with the couch alone.

My experience renting this property was quite smooth. The property owner was available to answer any questions that may have come up. When I got to the property it was pretty easy to access, and upon entering the property it was spotless and extremely comfortable. I would rent from this property owner again.

Great location and clean!
My daughter and I stayed here for a week during motocross races. The location was awesome - close to shopping and restaurants. 2 exits away from Gatorback Motocross track. Very clean amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Worked perfectly for our needs. Super easy check in and out. Thank you!
