We had an awesome time at this rental. We came to ride the trails in our sxs. We had plenty of room to park our three trucks and 3 trails. The house is conveniently located near the town. The hot tub felt amazing after a long day on the trials. Jesse and Robin were wonderful host. We would stay here again.

We stayed three nights and had a great time! We saw several deer in the yard. We visited downtown and Charlotte hot springs.

The house overall was nice and clean. The hot tub was great! We enjoyed the horseshoes and the swing.
The downside is the bedding was way to hot for the summer. The bedrooms could definitely use a small AC unit for the hot summer months.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood perfect for our family summer vacation

My wife and I stayed three days and wandered between Salina and Buena Vista. We enjoyed the hot tub and used it a number of times. Would liked to had control of the thermostats in the house but understand it's a hydronic system that many people don't know how to operate properly. Overall a great place and we shared the experience with family in case they wanted to book it.

We loved staying here. It was clean, comfortable and had great access to Buena Vista, Twin lakes, hiking and Leadville. Loved to views from the front yard and hot tub. Will defiantly stay again.

Our family stayed here in July 2022 to do some fishing, hiking and mountain biking in the area. We travelled with our parents and two year old twins. The set up was perfect and close enough to the trails that you can ride a bike from the house east to the BV town trails or west over to cottonwood pass stuff. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome VRBO Experience
This property is close to pristine. Very well groomed and very well-maintained. The property inside and out is very clean. The house is decorated very appropriately for the small town mountain area. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was lovely. I would totally stay here again.

Awesome!
Excellent! We loved the hot tub! But the owners lock the thermostat at 69 so be ready for that. If you want it cooler the heat in the floor kicks on and as the owner says it has to run its course.

Great base for your adventures
My best friend and I used this cabin / house as a base camp for several days of motorcycle riding and really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic, clean and comfortable house
This was a great place to stay! The house was VERY clean and had all you would need for cooking and hanging out. My only criticism is that we could not adjust the thermostats (locked) and so the heat was always set to 72 degrees which was very hot, especially for sleeping! It was a shame because we struggled with opening the doors and windows to cool things down, at which point the heat would kick on....might need to reconsider this approach or lower the temp- maybe 67 or 68 degrees? Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay and we had a lot of fun!

Perfect for our family!
Our family takes an annual trip to Buena Vista and this house was perfect for us. We enjoyed everything about it, from the location, size, yard and how equipped it was. Wish we could book for 2022 right now!

SO wonderful!
We stayed here for the weekend so we could climb Mt. Princeton. The property is only 15 minutes from the trail head!

Buena Vista Cozy Cabin
We very much enjoyed staying at this property while in Buena Vista. The house has a very cozy cabin vibe. It’s close to the Buena Vista Main Street for shopping, dinner and drinks, but far enough away to make you feel secluded with awesome Mountain Views from the private hot tub.

Great location!
Wonderful location to the town of Buena Vista and many other activities such as whitewater rafting, horseback riding, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, and easy/family hikes. The layout of the house is perfect and lovely outdoor area. Kitchen is well stocked.
However, there is NO washer and dryer available which was really disappointing. We did numerous outdoor activities so our clothes and shoes were filthy and wet. We had to go to a laundromat to wash our shoes after a muddy hike.
Also, the house is advertised as accommodating 6 guests, but there is NOT enough seating in the living room for 6 people or enough marshmallow roasting sticks.
