My family was late booking lodging for Purdue Parents Weekend. Big mistake. All lodging in and around the campus sells out. Fortunately, my family and I lucked into this great VRBO property. The property is a little away from campus but no more than an 8 or 10 minute drive. The property itself is modest, nothing fancy or luxurious, but it has been recently updated and it is CLEAN. It smells good. The bed linens are of good quality. The wifi is good. The TV is good. The hosts left us water and snacks. Communication with host was great. And the hosts do not have this lengthy list of things you need to do to clean up before leaving. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was perfectly functional and awesomely clean. We were delighted with our two night stay and we will plan to go back to this property whenever we travel to West Lafayette.

This is a little hidden gem. It’s a great house that is perfect for a weekend at Purdue. The hosts were very nice and the place had a lot of little extra touches.

Very nice, clean property for a 3 night stay by Purdue. Takes about 8 minutes to get to Ross-Ade. Lots of nice touches to make you feel like you are home.

We love staying at Kurt and Sharon's house. They are always so responsive and the nicest! They had Purdue colored balloons waiting for us when we arrived. My daughter loved them. Also, a nice note. Everything is always so clean and perfect. Thank you again!

We had a great experience at this property! Kurt and Sharon were very welcoming and proactive in communications. The location was perfect as we had a 5 minute drive to the west side of Purdue campus! Everything was very clean, organized, and appreciated the welcome card and snacks

Sharon & Kurt are wonderful hosts! We stayed because our daughter was graduating & they had decorated & left a Congrats letter for her! Such a pleasant surprise! Great location from the Purdue campus. Would stay here again & again.

This was perfect for us. Everyone had a room and with 2 bathrooms it was great for us.

2nd year we have stayed here. Wonderful place to come back to after full days at the Speedway! clean, comfortable, reasonably priced> Hope to stay here in coming years> Kurt is great to work with and very responsive! The house was immaculate and the hosts were great with their communication. We came down for Purdue Graduation and they had a graduation balloon bouquet waiting for us. There were 4 of us staying and the layout allowed us to each have our own half of the house for the bedroom and bath area with the living area on the middle. Compared to our other trips down, we found the location much better than staying in Lafayette. It was less than a 10 minute drive and we were in the heart of campus. I really appreciated the host's communications. We asked to extend our trip a few days, and since it was available they made it very easy for us.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great. We like that it is close to Purdue, but still removed from the hustle and bustle. The owners are very nice and responsive.

Sparkling clean and perfectly appointed. Kurt and Sharon thought of everything one might need, from the coffee and creamer, basket of snacks, luggage racks, and even some bottled water. House was so roomy and perfectly situated to visit our two daughters who live nearby. Highly recommend!

A small well kept house out of town and close to everything. We arrive late and they left the lights on and the house smelled like a candle. Snack and sundry basket greeted us. The house immaculately clean and well furnished. We were very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay here! The owners were great with communication and do a fantastic job making you feel welcomed on arrival. We came for a Purdue football game and the location was great - just a short drive to the stadium and away from some of the hustle and bustle of campus. Plenty of room to spread out with a small group. Highly recommend!

A very special graduation (PhD) for our daughter-in-law was enhanced by the beautifully appointed little house (just the right size for our group). The personal touches provided by our hosts were really appreciated by everyone.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from booking to checking out, everything was so easy! Our hosts went above and beyond , even leaving a birthday card and balloons for my mother whom we came to surprise! We will definitely stay again when we return!

It was birthday/ father day celebration. First time in Indiana. The host made us feel like we was visiting family. Took care of all the small details when vacationing. Even supplied a bady bottle warmed. Offer to leave the lights so that we don't walk in to a dark house. Left tip notes, maps and locations for areas activities. A family of four adults. It had everything you would need...

Have attended everyone Indy 500 since 1958 (except for the past two Covid restricted years) and have been blessed to stay with friends in Indy. Long story but this year as we returned to the 500 we were unable to stay with our long tenured friends. So we searched the best way to still enjoy our long term tradition and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. There is not one thing I can say was not beyond what we thought we were renting. It was more spacious, cleaner, had everything and more then one would expect. Spacious, Quiet, comfortable, clean and well stocked, it was a perfect return to being “Back Home Again in Indiana ” Had a little trouble finding it and Kurt immediately answered his cell and got us headed in the right direction. Even acknowledged our long standing Indy tradition with a few personal “momentos” Thanks Kurt for all the Hoosier Hospitality

We stayed at Kurt and Sharon’s home this past weekend for our daughter’s graduation from Purdue. The house feels like it is in the middle of nowhere but is less than a 10 minute drive to the middle of campus. Our hosts were the best and we have stayed in many VRBO homes all over the world. We arrived to find graduation decorations and a card for our daughter, snacks and a basket full of items just in case we may have forgot anything (toothbrush, deodorant, etc). The house is older but has been updated sufficiently and was very clean. I would say it was a good value. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches and would recommend this home to others.

This was our second stay at this property. The house is extremely clean and conveniently close to Purdue. The owners are great to deal with and ensure you have everything you need for your stay. No need to do a run to the store for dish soap, paper towels, etc. as we often must do with other rental properties. This has definitely become our “go to” rental when traveling to West Lafayette!

Kurt's home was just about a 4-minute drive to Purdue University. It was perfect for our stay for the weekend as we were visiting our nephew who is getting ready to graduate in May. We attended a Purdue baseball game, played Walleyball at the Purdue Co-Rec, and had dinner and lunch in the newly remodeled Purdue Union basement. Kurt's home was very clean and had plenty of space in the living room/kitchen area to hang out. Kurt was quick to respond to any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were super easy. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Kurt also left a nice snack basket and a surprise sweet graduation card for our nephew. We would definitely stay at this home again.

This property has everything you need, separate bedrooms, the convenience of two bathrooms and kitchen accomodations for ease of cooking. The hosts are generous and respond quickly.
