This was a great place and able to accommodate a large group — I would book again!

Stayed here with my large family for a couple nights and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space but there were plenty of common areas to eat and play games and hang out. Very clean and updated. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for an XL Family house this one is great, located minutes away from grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, each bedroom has its own private restroom which is a plus on a house this big, it has a huge dining room and a game room that works for young kids up to adults!!!

We stayed here for our annual staff retreat and our entire staff loved the home. Everyone being able to have their own room and bathroom was amazing! We used all of the common areas to hold meetings, have conversations, and play games. Communication was amazing with super fast response time! Literally 2 minutes or less! I highly recommend and if we’re ever back in flagstaff we’d stay here again.

Overall, the property is well appointed and more then fulfilled each of the requirements for our group of six families. Everyone had space to spread out and watch TV, play games, chat or even have quiet time alone. The best part, however, was that there was also a space large enough for everyone to come together and sit down for proper meals. This was especially important for the Thanksgiving meal we shared. The house is well-equipped with extra linens, kitchen equipment and additional space for catered meals. It is also located very close to the university, plenty of stores and restaurants. We had access to everything we needed. The property manager responded quickly to other requests we had.

We had 16 people stay at this house for 3 nights. It was very well equipped and conveniently located within flagstaff. The property manager was super responsive and helpful with all our requests. I would definitely stay here with my group again.

This place was fantastic!! The rooftop view was amazing. The game room was well stocked and a great place to hang out. The kitchens and dining area were super versatile to take care of us...and I can say without reservation that this is THE best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed at! Also, literally walking distance from the cutest downtown ever!!! We had a blast. It was a gorgeous home. Modern. And the property management team was on the ball with taking care of us! 10/10 would rent again!

We had 22 people, all family, aged 3 to 81 and it suited us all. There was plenty of room to spread out, or to have privacy. The hot tub on the third floor was a favorite. It’s a little hard to find the entrance and instructions could be better about that and walking steep steps to the third floor is a little hard for oldet people, but otherwise perfect. Everyone loved the place. Highly recommend for family or corporate gatherings.

We brought a large group here for Page tour excursions. All of our guests raved about the is property! The manager was very communicative, prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed the multiple gathering locations that this property offered. The large dining room was ideal for meetings, the rooftop was a nice relaxing area and the game room was a bonus! Having a bathroom in every room was ideal for early group outings. Two kitchens, one per floor, was also a nice touch. All around great stay.. very clean, close to freeway, and great host. Will stay here again!

We hosted our leadership retreat at the Juniper Roost and our team had a wonderful time! We had plenty of space and it was exactly what we needed for our team workshops. Will be back again!

This property did not disappoint. It was super clean, beautiful, and absolutely perfect. We rented both levels, so there was more than enough space for everyone. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the dining hall accommodated everyone. The upstairs game room was incredible. We had board games going in the living area - card games going at the pub table - and each additional game utilized by our group - while some of us were enjoying the hot tub. It was the absolute best. We have since asked for all the other properties that they manage, and we plan to rebook again. 11/10 - can't wait to return!

This place was Beautiful! Had a few problems with Wifi and Nicole came and took care of right away. We also couldn’t use the fireplaces outside on deck due to snow/water. So Nicole gave us some bottles of wine and apologized for what was out of her control. Other than that, The place was amazing!!! Perfect for my husbands 50th birthday with family and friends. It had everything and more. The 12 bedrooms with bathroom in each room was huge for this many people. Usually we run out of things, but this place was well stocked! The location so close to everything and walking distance, and the view of the mountains with snow was so Beautiful! Nicole was very helpful the whole stay. We all had the Best time and everyone who stayed there was raving about the place and how much they loved it! We also played some music and were able to dance on the third floor! IT WAS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A CELEBRATION !

We used the property for a team meeting. It was the perfect space. The property management was great answering any and all questions. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect. We were 4 dads and 10 kids. The space was set up extremely well, giving a lot of flexibility, space and comfort for everyone. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We do this trip annually, and have found our annual go-to spot!

We loved our stay in Flagstaff at this wonderful property. The layout and location is perfect for large groups. Especially accommodating for large groups of different ages!! We were infant to 60. Supplies well stocked, kitchens nicely furnished to make meal preparation easy and fun. Inside parking was a perk. Great thought has gone into making this the perfect getaway. Would we stay here again? 100% yes!

The house was amazing. Everything we needed was there and if you ran out of anything, Nicole was right there to get us what we needed. So much to keep the kids entertained and close to downtown and a short ride to Snowbowl. Everyone was so attentive and easy work with. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect layout for large group. All family’s had plenty of room. Playroom on 3rd floor was awesome for the kids. Very easy to deal with.

This property was perfect to host our daughters wedding weekend. Working with Nicole on entry details went seamless-attention to detail, impeccable. High quality appliances, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the essentials to host a large group. It was an absolutely beautiful weekend-we highly recommend this property!

The executive team had an absolute blast at this property and was everything it was advertised to be. Fantastic location near downtown flagstaff with stunning views of the San Francisco mountains. The retreat was a great reward and energizing break and in no small part due to the Rock Juniper House and it’s manager. She was very prompt and resolved any questions and was a real help. I will definitely come back again to use as a hub for relaxation in Northern Arizona and is a view shared by the team that stayed there from 5 different countries.

Our 30 year high school reunion was a blast! It was the perfect house for couples, families, and singles to stay together.

A Beautiful Home for our family and friends to gather who traveled from all over the US for my daughters wedding. This spacious home had all we needed and much, much more. The super sized dining room and over the top game room, hot tub and outdoor deck with firepits were perfect places to gather and reconnect. LOVED our time here and made memories to last a lifetime. Jason and Nicole were super helpful!

This rental worked great for our 4 families for vacation. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had plenty of space. 2 kitchens was very convenient. We loved the rooftop patio with firepits! The kids had a blast in the game room on the 3rd floor.

We had a great family reunion at this location. There was plenty of rooms and the many bathrooms were so great to have. There were many areas to gather and for cousins to play games. And the “board room” was super for eating with our large family and for other family activities. The roof deck area and game room were added bonuses. We took family pictures on the roof at sunset and it was beautiful! Thanks for everything!
