Everything was absolutely perfect! This hotel is a topnotch in Ilo-Ilo City!! Fantastic staff, amazing service. They are all a sweetheart!! Plus, the people of Ilo-Ilo are probably the most polite and the friendliest in the entire Philippines. Too bad we needed to change the hotel twice because they were fully booked during dinagyang. You need to have some drinks at Manifesto Restaurant on the 2nd floor. We had a bliss! Great breakfast as well, not to mention they have an amazing ala carte choices. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

It exceeded expectations in all aspects.

I spent over thirty years in the hospitality industry, as a cab driver/supervisor in the high end tropical resort of Key West, Florida. In my interactions with even mediocre hotels, there was always a concierge, who’s only responsibility was to assist visitors seeking to visit local attractions. Four of the five people in our party were in Iloilo to visit family members. This sort of left me as odd man out. I did a bit of reading about Iloilo online, and it struck me as being a place people would come, and enjoy the local attractions. More than anything, I wanted to go fishing, preferably on a charter boat, but a party boat would suffice. Maybe it’s a cultural thing, but the entire concept of fishing for pleasure seemed very unusual to your desk staff. After multiple attempts to explain the concept, complete with pictures of my last fishing excursion, they told me that there was nothing like that in Iloilo. Fair enough, but I still find that a little hard to swallow. I was left with the impression that your desk staff was not trained to assist visitors in finding ways to amuse themselves. And, unlike virtually every business offering hospitality services in the USA, there was no rack of brochures advertising local attraction. A tour of the city would have been marvelous. A local museum would have been a great place to spend time. A casino, a harbor tour, a zoo, scooter rental, anything. I don’t golf, but I saw a sign for golf course on the way to the airport that I had no idea existed. Sadly, while my girlfriend and her family went to see the extended family, I was left at the hotel with nothing to do besides watch television and nap. And truly, I expected far more from Iloilo than that. I enjoyed my stay. And I would have enjoyed it a LOT more if I had been able to experience the local attractions.

Location was great in downtown Iloilo near the one of the esplanade so it's super handy for those who will stay with their pets! somewhere to walk your pets to! The lobby staff called Khara or something with a K is brilliant and very helpful and has got a very gentle demeanor. Room is big and was given an end room as per my request.

The property and facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The room and kitchen utensils were available and complete.

The staff at the front desk last July 19, 2023 at around 11:30 pm was so inconsiderate. I was so tired and thirsty but he didn't budge when I requested that I fill up the check-in forms at my room so I can rest and drink water first. I felt I was not valued as a client. There was no one around. It seemed that the hotel staff were hiding somewhere. When we asked the personnel stationed at the entrance last July 19, 2023 at 11:30 pm if we can park in front of the bakery beside the hotel, we were told to ask the people at the bakery. He was not disposed to assist us. When we asked him about where to buy things, the information given were wrong. The hotel staff should be replaced.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT...RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF DOWNTOWN WITH SHOPS NEARBY. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND EAGER TO PLEASE.

IT WAS HOT IN THE RECEPTION ROOM AND HALLWAYS. WITH THE PRICE I DID NOT EXPECT IT TO BE THIS WAY. EVEN MY VISITORS COMMENTED ON IT. THE ROOMS WERE OK BUT THE TOWELS NOT AS FLUFFY AS EXPECTED AND ALSO HAD NO WASH RAG. ONLY 2 BATH TOWELS AND HAND TOWELS. BREAKFAST WAS NOT THAT APPEALING. THEY FELL SHORT OF MY EXPECTATION.

The facilities are superb. The rooms are big, there are sofas everywhere the lobby and is aesthetically pleasing. The staff are friendly and approachable.

The breakfast has very limited choices and it seems like the ones served are left overs, except for the eggs.

I liked the bedroom and bathroom.

I feel warm and cold is not enough for me. I struggled to manage the air conditioner. It still has a fan air, not cold. Thanks.

The location is good if you want to see the city, but if you want to travel and see much of what Iloilo has to offer, then it gets a little expensive and time consuming getting taxis and buses to travel around.
