I really wanted to love this property but we were disheartened to arrive after a long day to find that the space had not been cleaned properly. Many things overlooked and dust everywhere. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and crumbs throughout the kitchen drawers. The most troublesome part is that there is a spider and bug infestation on the first floor. We woke up during the first night to find the bugs crawling everywhere in the downstairs bedroom. The lowest bed on the bunk literally sits on the floor so they were near the bed. The host did communicate well and the cleaners did return to clean again however they were not able to rid the bugs, this is a job for pest control.

This was the perfect spot!! Clean, spacious and great location to get downtown. We enjoyed it so much!!

Great location and property

I was a little nervous regarding check in as I had some trouble getting in touch with the listed manager, Kristin. I was able to get in contact with a gentleman who ensured I received all the information and was extremely helpful during a drainage situation during our stay. The staff was courteous and professional and took care of any issues as quickly as possible!

This rental was exactly as we saw in the listing. Clean & centrally located. Three level townhome so be ready for stairs. Had a couple of kids but wasn’t as excited to sleep in bunk bed room as it was located on the bottom floor, 2 floors away from other 2 bedrooms. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Amenities were good, although a few cooking items were missing, but the property management company was very responsive & accommodated when communicated. We had several areas of Nashville we had to drive to from Gaylord resort to downtown Nashville & the location of the rental was perfect and convenient to drive from. 15-20 min essentially to all our events. If you have a rental vehicle, make sure it’s not oversized, minivan fits perfectly.

Very nice accommodations, convenient location and very responsive management. The unit needs a few minor additions such as a dresser in the bunk room, luggage racks in the rooms, cutting knives, and some more cooking pots and pans.

Good place to stay for 2 days. Be sure to drive a small car.
