Everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay! The property was as advertised, so no surprises there. Communication with the property manager and housekeeper was smooth. Amenities were plentiful, and we felt very comfortable at the property. Loved the pool table. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I and my cousin and his wife and two kids spent 4 days and 3 nights at this property. The photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious property fully stocked with everything you can think of. Modern up to date style with a lake house motif. It has a deck that extends the length of the back of the house that leads to its own personal dock. We were very comfortable and the owners made us feel right at home. The only drawback is that we didn’t catch any fish but had a blast trying to catch a big one! We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next staycation in the Clearlake area.

The property was the perfect layout for our family/friends and dog too! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather in the sun or in the shade. Our boat and the dock set up was ideal. Be cautious as there are many large spiders on the patio which I'm sure were feasting on the flies and other bugs I'm sure! Overall THUMBS up on this property!

The house was great! I have been in rentals where the photos looked nothing like the house, but in my opinion, this house is even better than the photos. Everyone loved using the kayaks and pedal boat. The water in the neighborhood is greener than the main lake so we did not swim directly off the dock ( just our preference) but saw some neighbors doing so. Elsa was easy to communicate with and provided helpful local recommendations too. We do not have a boat and had to drive 35 minutes to the rental spot…just be aware of the distance. We did not mind since the house was so great.

Perfect get away from the daily grind. Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful home. We found a honeyhole right off the deck for catfish, caught 3 in 1 hour. Pedal boat was a blast, would definitely recommend this place.

The house was great!! We walked in and it was very clean! The house is right on the water. Great for fishing. Plenty of room for the family and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Everything was just as we hoped!!!!!! The cleanliness and organization were second to none. And all the things Elsa has has thought to stock that one may have forgotten is amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that we'll be returning. If I had my way it would be next week!

We had wonderful 4 day fishing trip. Very clean, its everything as advertised. We are planning on a return trip in the future.

We came for the weekand for my husband's birthday, who loves to fish so it was utterly amazing. The place is breath taking. He literally fished from sun up to sun down. Thank you for such a great place to stay.

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything in the description is accurate or better. The deck is big and ideal for fishing in Clear Lake.

The stay was amazing. Its a beautiful home. Decorated so pretty. Everything was clean and tidy. The home smells amazing. We had a wonderful time. Fishing was great, we caught about 12 fish. Husband was very pleased. Kids had a great time on the paddle boat. The outdoor living space is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of seating and very peaceful. Neighbors were inviting upon arrivial, wished us a pleasnt stay. Told us where we cluld get bait in town. At check out time, it was smooth. Communication was also very good. We were two families and a dog. I can say for sure none of us came out more stressed out than how we went in despite half our stay being rained out. The place is very clean and well furnished. Communication and responsiveness was perfect. We could not have asked for more.

Went in December before Christmas and had a great quite get away. Elsa was very responsive and reliable. There was a little issue and it was resolved in a timely manner, fuse blew in the heating. Thank you for opening up your home, we appreciated the pool table!

Well appointed and clean property. Great backyard with fire pit and active hummingbird feeders. Fun pool table. We had a great time. The hosts did a great job communicating with us.

We loved our stay at this place. It was clean and the vibe was a combination of vibrant, cozy, airy, comfortable and relaxing. The color scheme was pleasing and you really get the sense of being next to the water while being indoors. The owners did a great job furnishing the place as well as the outside deck. I'm just bummed that we didn't get to really enjoy everything the house had to offer as we were out for most of the days there. We would gladly return for another visit.

My family had a lovely relaxing time at this lakehouse. The grand room was perfect for us to socialize and relax. Tons of deck with seating options everywhere. The one only downside was time of year, the frogs were loud which was not bad but the lake was stagnant and therefore smelly at night. Nature right? We would recommend and come back. The house was super nice inside. Thank you!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house was perfect and Elsa’s attention to detail was evident everywhere. I have 4 kids between 3-9 and they loved every minute. We were able fish, kayak, paddle boat, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, relax in the hammock, play pool, guitar hero and wii. The house was kept neat and clean and we absolutely loved our stay.

We loved the pool table, hammock, kayaks, pedal boat, and deck. There were so many places to relax and rest. The inside of the home was pretty, clean, and well decorated. Thank you for all the extra touches. The only yucky part was that the lake smelled bad intermittently because of the algae, but there was nothing the owners could have done about that. We loved our stay there. Thank you! :)

Spent a nice relaxing weekend with our family. The house was clean and inviting. Well stocked, so minimal grocery run. The deck was particularly a popular place in the late afternoon. Definitely would like to come back to explore more of the surrounding lake communities.

The Lake house was everything I expected and more! Stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful deck and view of the lake. Paddle boat was fun for all! Definitely pet friendly with a dog bed and food.and water bowls provided. Would definitely visit again.

The place was gorgeous! Our group really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. The doggos had a blast for sure! Mine couldn't stop relaxing on the doggie bed. The BBQ grill was a little hard to keep going for some reason even with full propane tank, but we learned to keep the fire on by clicking ignite button once in a while. Aside from the little hiccup, the weather was great too. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around as well, lots of awesome bird houses everywhere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

This was a really nice property, had everything you needed for your home away from home, however my biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness of the home. There was pet hair on all of the furniture, and human and animal hair in the bedding in the master bedroom, this prompted me to wash all of the bed linens and towels upon arrival. We had to use blankets to sit on the living room furniture during our stay. Another issue we had that was disappointing was the outdoor furniture, there was cat hair on the furniture on the back patio and spider webs (and spiders) on all of the patio furniture, so much so that we were not able to sit on any of the furniture except the metal chairs and barstools, big disappointment because it was such a nice setup… After cleaning the interior of the home to make it livable for the 5 days we were there, I refused to have to clean and hose down the back patio (I do this at my own home), also the drips that were supposed to be in the potted plants were not in the plants instead on the ground wasting water each time they came on. (Resulting in dead shrubbery in those pots). Lastly as soon as we arrived we were informed that the shower head in the master bath was broken, therefore we did not use the master bath shower while we were there.

We had a great stay. The property is exactly like advertised. We had one hiccup - the AC wasn't working well. After 1 phone call and less than an hour later, the repair was scheduled. The repair was completed the next morning. The responsiveness of the owner was better than I expected. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this property and would definitely stay here again.

So many amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of the fun things that were offered since we were attending a family celebration in Nice.
