The house was great, well equipped and was in a convenient location in the keys. Plenty of parking for the truck and boat trailer. We fished every day, enjoyed the view from the back patio and watched the boats come in each evening. The dock was very easy to use and there was charging available for the bass boat batteries.

Sunset Place Lake House is appropriately named and accurately described - a beautiful home with incredible views and sunsets that made for a wonderful long weekend. Although it was cold we boated the lake, watched the Warriors game & home movies and BBQ’d. it was a great quality time for our adult children and us. The houses many little touches and fun activities made it so inviting. The only downside is it’s pretty far from the boat rental place if you don’t have your own boat. Although we don’t fish, there were MANY people fishing out on the lake near us and they said the fishing was great.

Well, everything was perfect. A beautiful house right on the water, immaculate property and Tim and Stacy could not have been kinder. It was just one of those trips that was perfect. Thank You, see you again soon.

We booked for our spring break and couldn’t be happier with the house! From the moment we walked through the front door and saw the unobstructed view of the lake we knew we chose the right house! Very well stocked with more the basics and some! We spent Easter there and was impressed with the extras I ended up needing, like a meat thermometer. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and it’s disappointing when they aren’t stocked well. So appreciated all the extras. Plenty of towels and blankets, the house was spotless and very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Tim and Stacy have such a beautiful home and lovely property with stunning views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the rain the majority of our stay which was just over a week. The boys were able to get out one day and enjoy the paddle boat during a break in rain. The backyard is open and inviting! We loved the fire pit accompanied by the beautiful views of the lake along with the many birds and wildlife living on the lake. We got to see so much activity daily from the birds and even saw otters on the neighbors dock. The home has a great open floor plan which worked well for our family traveling with our daughter who’s disabled and in a wheelchair. We did have a few steps to navigate to get into the home and out to the patio but we’re able to manage our daughters chair up and down them easily (we knew about the steps before booking). We definitely look forward to hopefully staying again when we’re visiting the area in the future!

This house was amazing- it all looks just like the photos! Primary shower was a particular favorite. Between the lake, pool, and game room or kids (all under 7) were easily entertained. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids (plus a dog!). Hosts were extremely helpful and quick to reply to communications. The only thing we needed once we got there were food storage supplies, since we cooked all of our own meals in their gorgeous/fully functional kitchen. So bring some ziplocs/tupperware/foil etc. if you plan to cook as well. E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. else was there! We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone else, and look forward to returning again.

The owners communicated with us throughout, the house and pool were great, as was peddleboating around the keys. Would strongly recommend this property, especially if we get a good wet winter to raise the lake a bit.

Tim and Stacy were great . We checked in with no problems and they were very welcoming. The house was clean and there was plenty to do! We would definitely come back for a second vacation.
