We recently stayed at this fantastic house and had an incredible experience. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped and all the utensils we needed. The living room was cozy with a comfy couch and a big screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. The bedroom was spacious, with soft linens and plenty of storage space, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the local attractions. Our host was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They were incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with an exceptional host. We can't wait to return!

We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were off going places and doing things every day so were not around during most of the day. Our hosts were helpful, engaging, and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a casita to stay in to look here for a day or a couple of weeks.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I loved the privacy and the secure parking in this gated property. The place was clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was the counter.space in the bathroom, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again! The owners were VERY responsive and communicative. Enjoyed the stay!

Came in for the baloon festival. We got in late our first day and they still greeted us when we got in. Very nice people, and the room was fantastic. They had everything you think you might need. Very clean. 10/10 would stay again whenever we come back to Albuquerque. Already suggesting to friends/family.

Stayed here in order to attend an artist studio tour and the accommodations met our expectations.

The two most important factors in a short term rental are convenience and practicality. This one nails it. Add in style and amenities and that's even better. Then, there's the matter of Tom is a really nice guy! Top it off with the fact that he has a BBQ grill made from a V-8 engine block. Awesome! We had a great time.

The casita was wonderful. Tom and Kelly were amazing!! The location was great, easy to find and close to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!! We’ll certainly stay there again if we ever have the need.

Clean and well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. In an area of Rio Rancho with very large lots sizes making for uncrowded, peaceful, and secure environment. Tom & Kelly were welcoming, accommodating and generous. I'd recommend this, upscaled Casita, to any of my friends planning to visit Rio Rancho/Albuquerque.

The Property was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our stay. Cost less per night than a motel in the area:) Tom and Kelly were wonderful host and hostess, made us feel right at home. I was worried we be too far from downtown Albuquerque but just a short drive. Would be a great location for the Balloon Fest.

This was by far the easiest and nicest place to stay! Super clean, everything you needed to know was clearly placed where you would see it. It was quiet and peaceful and we felt at home. Tom and Kelly are so awesome and friendly and made us feel like family. We would highly recommend their place.

Loved the location, views and seclusion of the property but also that it was close to many amenities. The separate guest suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and then some. The hosts, Tom and Kelly, were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

For us this was the perfect VRBO! It was clean, cozy, quiet & had everything we needed! The parking is behind a locked gate, which is a plus in the Albuquerque area! The host was quick to answer my questions initially & quick to check us in! Will definitely stay again!
