Really enjoyed our stay overall. Foosball table was broken so that was a bummer since it was one of the reasons we picked it. We also couldn’t figure out how to get the satellite cable to work but maybe that was just an operator error. Would stay again though.

We really enjoyed this house! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location too! We would definitely stay again. If we were too book this house again, I would bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs though. They are pretty steep for little ones!

We had a lovely stay. The bay view was so peaceful and beautiful. Our three boys ended up enjoying hanging out there more than the ocean-side beach. The house had all the amenities we needed

Three weeks of relaxation.
Not the warm and sunny weather we were looking for but better than other places we would have gone. The house is a little dated but clean comfortable.

House was clean, beds very comfortable, large kitchen, can walk to beach in a few min, bay right off back of house, quiet neighborhood, non touristy feeling, nice nature trail in town, sea lab esturium was great for kids (and adults) Good parking

The house is nice. Lots of doors and windows. Love the decks! View of bay and gulf. You can hear the waves from both. The house is clean, but bring slippers. The sand is inevitable and impossible to get rid of when at the beach.The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of pretty much everything you are going to need to cook. We did have to purchase extra toilet paper. The stuff that was supplied fell apart and super thin. There's no where to hang handtowels in the bathrooms so I used the nightlight to hang one upstairs. The furniture is comfy as well as the beds. The tvs are great and have Dish or Roku. BBQ pit and hose on the back deck as well and lots of outdoor chairs and table. Note to management...the exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom does not work along with the air hockey table. The dryer did not dry some towels we washed and the dishwasher needs to be checked. It takes forever and does not dry the dishes at all. Also add towel hooks (like the ones in the upstairs bathroom) next to the pedalstal sinks for hand towels.

The location provides access to the bay and the beach, all just a 2 minute walk away. Both views visible from the balconies. Gorgeous home.

This is a great place. It faces the bay with gulf views from the many decks. Loved the sunset views from the bay side! It was nice to have room for our whole family, including the doggo. The kitchen was well equipped, including a Keurig. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The one suggestion I would make is to have some sort of shelving, or a small cabinet in the bathrooms as there is no place to store toiletries.

We had a wonderful time at the Malibu beach house - it was very comfortable and spacious and clean! Extra bonus to be on the bay where our dog could frolic in the water. The location is fantastic, steps to the beach. Our only issue was with the slow Wi-Fi (my husband had to work a couple days) and having to use our hot spot. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Vacasa was great because the check-in and check-out process was stress free allowing time to simply enjoy the vacation. The whole experience was no stress. Vacasa makes it easy.

Overall good experience for week with family. Plenty of dishes. House shows signs of aging especially out on deck. Some rails loose so watch kids/animals. Overall beautiful view and private beach access on bay side. Only 2 blocks to gulf side

The house was wonderful and the location was excellent. Tons of room for our family. Only thing i would change is to add towel racks in the main bathroom. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

The house was great, however, underneath and around the lot there was a lot of garbage.

We loved pretty much everything about the house... except for the roaches. I had contacted Vacasa before our vacation to make sure the issue was taken care of and I was assured it was. Well it was not. When we got there the first night there were roaches everywhere including in cabinets, kitchen drawers and the dishwasher. However I contacted them again the next day and they were able to get someone out to spray. But I believe the place will need to be sprayed multiple times.

We loved being able to have our own private beach at back of house and also a public beach 5 minutes away. Beautiful views wherever you chose to look!

We really enjoyed the stay. Fantastic house, great layout, on the bay and short walk to gulf beach.... Master BR shower gets hot counter clockwise, upstairs nest is programed to go to 63 at night so bundle up if you sleet up there. We plan to go back again soon....loved the house.

The house was great. Of course, rooms were smaller than appeared in photo, but I know the photographers are good at that, still quite sufficient. We had been alerted to bugs and almost offered an emergency house, but were not offered it after talking to the agent. Bugs were minimal. The AC continuously set its own temperature, fortunately it was always colder. Tried to leave it on 75 when we departed, probably didn't hold. Overall it was a great experience and I will use VACASA again in the future.

Place was very pleasant for myself and young adult daughters. Great looking house, nice layout, good flooring, good bedsheets! Loved the balconies and wrap around porches. Very peaceful location. The only things to make this house better: a new refrigerator and a new massive dining table. Thanks for allowing for a great tranquil vacation, we will be back!

This home is beautiful, spacious,plenty of room porch space, couple of issues the vacuum cleaner didn’t work, but my biggest complaint was the roaches in the kitchen, they need to fumigate it badly, they were on top of refrigerator , in all the drawers. Has to keep food in fridge. So once that figure out this place is perfect! We had a great time!

Overall good experience, house is on the bay side with quiet a distance from the water. Good location from the beach by short drive or by golf cart. Clean house overall except for the small and many roaches in kitchen which we tried spraying for and informing management company but didn’t get a response. Delays in communication with vacasa company who mange the property. Not as efficient as VRBO direct.

This house was perfect!! Back of home was view of the bay. Plenty of seating available on the porch. My husband’s favorite past time was feeding the seagulls.
Extremely clean- when we walked in my daughter even said it smells so clean- I actually said it smelled like Mr Clean. We even had a little thank you gift waiting on us. Across the street was the gulf side- you could have easily walked but we chose to drive the 54 second drive. Easy walk from house to bay side- the seashells are beautiful on this side.
Only thing I would suggest is to bring a fan if you are staying in the bottom bedroom- the rest of the house was good and cool- this room just didn’t seem to cool off much so we went and bought a fan- not a big deal at all.
Definitely will stay here again. If you want a relaxing vacation this is the perfect place.

The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty room inside, and the decks. Parking and location very convenient to beach. Couldn't have picked a better home!

Kitchen lacking, limited bathroom counter space
Overall we enjoyed this dog friendly house on the bay the week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen supplies were lacking/disappointing, although it might be fine for a novice cook. Prior to my trip I was given misinformation about basic kitchenware provided. Once there I had to contact the property management about lack of sauce pans and they immediately brought some. There was a fireplace but didn’t have any instructions and was inoperable. Lacked sufficient counter space in bathrooms.

Great place to stay!
This rental was well kept with all the amenities needed. I would recommend shopping before getting on the island during the off season. It was a little difficult to locate restaurants open (breakfast was not available at all due to restaurant closure) and the grocery store is small. No knock to the property which was great!

It was farther from the water than we thought it would be. We saw a few roaches during our stay. We did enjoy our stay and we were not ready to leave.

Enjoyed our stay!
This house was perfect. There was a wonderful small, private beach right outside our back door for fishing and walking the dogs. So serene and with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Then when we wanted the full beach experience with lots of sand and waves, the other side of the island was very close and easy to get to. Vacasa's property management is wonderful and very responsive. Once they get the back door glass fixed, this will be a gorgeous house again. Thanks for a delightful, relaxing vacation!

Malibu Beach House
What a beautiful home this is! Decks out each door. The bay at your back door & the gulf from your front door! The kids loved the air hockey game and the beds were so comfortable. Vacasa caters to all your needs.

The island was great - the home was just ok
Had electrical issues that controlled the internet and TV. I had to do a makeshift solution. The problem never got resolved. The step from one deck to another is very very steep. This is dangerous to all. The steps from one floor to another are also very steep and dangerous. The bed listing on the website is misleading. The water hose outside to be used for cleaning sand off barely works and is a long way from the steps to the house thus getting sand on your feet before entering. Useless.
No ceiling fan in master bedroom - very warm at night. The upstairs bathroom sink isn't attached to the wall and is very wobbly. The upstairs shower and drain don't work well. The listing leads you to believe that the house is on the beach. It is not. It's on the bay side. Very disappointing. Window glass was broken leading out to the deck and was only taped up. The window never got fixed. Several outdoor lights not functioning.

Wonderful beach house with amazing views
The beach house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the AC not cooling the second night we were there but Vacasa took immediate attention and it was fixed within a few hours of calling them. It was the perfect amount of room for our family, the booking process and getting into the home was a breeze and the sunsets we witnessed from the back deck absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely be coming back!
