Had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The property was mostly clean but our feet turned black due to the floors needing to be mopped. The property was in a quiet neighborhood but it was somewhat unsettling to look across the street and see buildings with bars on the doors/windows. The worst part of the stay was the plumbing was completely backed up and the sewage from both toilets came back up through the shower drains. I realize this was out of the control of the owner but I attempted to call, text and message them through the app with no response. Only after the help desk at VRBO contacted them would they respond hours later. The problem was stressful enough and it was only made worse by being ignored at first and made to wait by the owners. They did however refund of us the second night and let us end our stay a night early.

Great location. Walking distance from the Ybor strip. Very clean. Definitely would stay again if I return to Tampa.

Not having heard from them until the afternoon we were to arrive with friends was stressful as we were bracing ourselves with being tasked looking foranother place to stay.

Loved our stay, the house was clean and super cute! Each room had a TV, beds were comfortable and the option of checking out late for a small charge was nice due to our flight leaving later on in the evening. Downtown Ybor is lively at night and mellow in the morning. Thanks again!

The house was extremely clean, which is most important to me. Cute decorations. Easy access to cruise port which is where we were headed. Parking right in front of house. The only downside would be the appearance of the neighborhood. Overall, we loved it!

Overall, great experience so I do not want to give lower than a 5. Plus- Very clean. We appreciated the low key visitor clean up rules. Master BR bed was comfortable. We felt like it was decent space ( we were expecting smaller). The inside is cute and trendy. We appreciated the extra items: shampoos, kitchen supplies, etc. Shower pressure was good and water was hot. Negatives- We felt uncomfortable with the neighborhood but we have a family and are not used to taking them in urban settings. It was noisy 2 of the 3 nights. The house is only a few feet from the road. Parking made me nervous but we had no issues. Airport was 15 mins, Bush Gardens was 20 mins away. We wish there were more towels and washcloths and that they were a little better quality and larger. Washer and Dryer in backyard- but still great to have. Overall- probably will be a great stay for people who understand it is definitely in the city. The host was pleasant to interact with. We would possibly stay again if visiting bc the value is good. Thanks!

My friends and I chose this property as it was close to downtown Tampa and cheaper than hotels we were looking at. This property was located about 6 blocks from the trolley line in downtown Ybor. It took us all the way to downtown Tampa and we didn't have to worry about driving or looking for parking. Plus downtown Ybor has lots of great restaurants.
