Our family really enjoyed this spacious condo!! We loved the elevator that takes you from the garage directly to the condo — so convenient! You can’t beat the location of this condo: right across from Main Beach, right next door to Salt Life Restaurant, and down the street from Fort Clinch! Only downside was the pool definitely needed a lot of attention, but we weren’t there for the pool. We enjoyed this condo overall and would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed during the running race weekend and it was the ideal spot. We were close to all race events and the beach. The unit for everyone perfectly and provided all that we needed. I would stay here again

Great kitchen, everything we needed was supplied. Easy to walk to restaurants and quick drive to cute downtown.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo and area were as advertised. Very convenient to the beach, with two decent close restaurants (we preferred Salt Life.) Our host Barbara was great to deal with and very helpful. We'd recommend and stay here again.

This Fernandina Beach condo was the perfect place to spread out. Right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, plus less than five minutes to downtown Fernandina, we could not have asked for a better spot and so grateful to be able to bring our pups! We will be back!

Great location to stay for Dickens Festival weekend!

We enjoyed staying at the condo! It was such a lovely place. Lots of room for everyone and it has great views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom! The elevator goes straight into the condo which is very easy to use. The walk to the beach is super easy and right across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing and at the restaurant next door they had music that you could hear. Very relaxing! The host Mrs. Barbara was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend! 💞 ❤️💛💞

We enjoyed our stay with family. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and a short drive to town. The furniture and bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, the place was comfortable and we all had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to visit in the future! Location is great! Beach is within walking distance, easy drive to Fort Clinch and wonderful quaint downtown, and two great restaurants to walk to. Great space for families, with plenty of room!

We really loved the location of this condo. It was very spacious and the pool was nice after coming from the beach. Could use a little sprucing up around the pool. Maybe some more tables with umbrellas. Barbara was very nice and quick to help resolve any issues. Loved the close walk to the beach and you could see the ocean from the condo, and our tent from the balcony also. Able to see fireworks up and down the beach on the 4th. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time together at Barbara's lovely condo. It is so close to the beach and there are 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance. It was so nice to bring our 2 pups as well. My only request next time is to supply some steak knives and maybe a muffin pan. No deal breaker though. You won't be disappointed with this treasure and such a responsive owner. Thanks for a perfect family vacation.

The condo is wonderful and the location is great. It was perfect for our family vacation. The beds are extremely comfortable and the layout of the unit is perfect. You can prepare a delicious meal while looking at the ocean waves. The parking and elevator directly to the unit was so convenient. We had three cars and we were concerned about parking the extra two vehicles. But we were able to park in front of our unit. Barbara was easy to work with and answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return soon.

Barbara was one of the kindest hosts I’ve ever stayed with. The condo is such a lovely location and exactly as described. We felt so relaxed and at home. If we’re able to make it back next year for a whole month again, we’ll be staying here!

The condo is GORGEOUS and very spacious!! The location is absolutely perfect too. There were a lot of items to direct us to places if we needed it, and recommendations were abundant. 10/10 would use this condo again!! Mrs. Barbara was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and very accommodating for our group. A wonderful experience for SURE!

Wonderful location, great place to stay while visiting Amelia island.

We had a great time on our visit. This condo is in a fabulous spot--close to the beach, restaurants nearby--it was perfect for us. I worked a couple of days while there and had no wifi problems. My family was so happy with the beach being nearby. It's such a roomy condo--plenty of space for me, my husband, two adult sons and two dogs. And everything we need was right there! We will definitely consider coming back again!

This is an amazing property with fabulous owners! An absolute gem!! Another review said the condo was better than it looked online - I absolutely agree! Very spacious, comfortable, large kitchen, everythingwe could need inside, with an amazing location. With a 3 and 7 year old, we loved that the beach, a playground, and multiple restaurants were just across the street (a fairly quiet street that basically dead ends into a parking lot). Fort Clinch was 1-2 blocks away (though I'd drive if not biking as the road once in the gate to the actual fort is fairly long). Historic Downtown Fernandina was a straight shot down Fletcher Ave. Everything on the island was an easy 5-10 minute drive at most. We enjoyed almost all of our meals on the patio watching the sunrises and sunsets. Found shark's teeth and shells on the shore. The owners had chairs, sand toys, a small chair umbrella all available in the garage which were handy. An outdoor shower to rinse sand off.

This was a great location with a beautiful beach view. Located near the entrance to Fort Clinch offered many options for hiking and biking. The host was very kind and welcoming and the space was great for a large family gathering. We highly recommend!

Enjoyed the condo and location! Local event information shared with us by the owner was very helpful. Short walk to the beach and Putt Putt. Fort Clinch, Lighthouse and Fernandina downtown were very close. Wonderful place to stay!

I really do not want anyone else to find this place. I have mixed feelings on sharing it. We all had a really nice time. The place is in a great spot for going to the beach or walking or sitting or eating or relaxing. Sit on the back porch and hear the ocean and people watch or read a book. It rained some while staying. The porch is covered one. You can sit on porch and enjoy the rain. Sandbar restaurant was our go to place. Call in order and walk over and get it to eat on the boardwalk picnic tables. Grocery stores lots of choices. We cooked and baked. Saw pelicans flying. Dolphins swimming. We checked out Clinch fort. Downtown was fun area. Airport is 30 mins away if round trip of an hour. Yulee is a very short drive. Beaches are different on Amelia island area to Fernandina beach. We cannot wait to return. Thank you to the owners! It’s a wonderful spot to retreat to from the busy city.
