The property was generally as advertised, with a couple of exceptions. It’s not the cleanest unit I’ve been in. Some of the pictured furniture wasn’t there (two ottomans). The balcony curtains are messed up. The sliding door to the balcony was not intuitive and Pinkie never responded to our message about it. We eventually figured it out (you pull up on the handle to get it to close). The biggest deal was that the listing claims that beach service is included, but there are no instructions about reservations (except tell them your unit number). The young man who sets up the chairs was rude and unhelpful, even though I was down there early. I called the beach service provider to get more clarity and they claimed the unit had not paid for service. None of that is probably Pinkie’s fault, but she was completely unreachable for 2/3rds of our first day and unhelpful when I finally got her to respond. She still did not answer my direct questions about what the process is, and then ghosted me again shortly thereafter. That was the only sunny day of our trip and we had no access to these supposedly complimentary chairs and umbrellas. If you’re looking for a responsive or engaged advocate for your vacation, Pinkie Flamingo ain’t it.

I usually do not leave a review but after this trip I feel obligated to protect future visitors from making the same mistake I did. I chose this place due to location and the nice pictures that are posted. The location of this place could not have been more perfect. Very close to many restaurants and shops. However, the condo unit is dirty. When we arrived, the floor has not been mopped or vacuumed. I noticed cheerios and hair all throughout the unit. I reached out to management, which they replied that they will send someone over but no one came during the 5 days we were there. In addition, you can see stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases. There was one particular spot at this place that my family pointed out. There is a closet door with plantation style that you can see dust in every single groove. I wish I can upload the pictures for everyone to see. There is a vacuum in the house that does not work and it is covered in dust. I sent some pictures over to management but I did not get a respond from them. I am not sure how this unit is operated but I would feel very bad for the owner because their investment property is very poorly managed. We made the best of our summer vacation but it was ruined by the fact that we paid a lot of money for what we thought would be an updated and more importantly a clean unit. Hope no one else will make the same mistake as I did.

Property is in a great location, and well taken care of. The Unit we stayed in however was not. The deadbolts are broken and don't work, the whole place needs a deep cleaning, and the bunk beds are only about 4' long. I would stay here again, if they fixed the deadbolts.

Our on our first day, the fire alarms went off continuously for approximately 15 minutes, and the fire department came to condo. We never got any communication from staff at the condo or from the fire department letting us know what was happening. The alarms gradually stopped and the fire department left. Our condo stayed continuously damp, and we had to throw away food that was in cardboard boxes and medications that disintegrated due to the moisture. We tried running the HVAC lower, the ceiling fans constantly and the overhead fans in bathrooms all week. Our clothes in the closets and drawers stayed damp, and had to be completely rewashed once we arrived home despite having been washed and dried in the condo. Our towels in the bathrooms and kitchen never dried. The wooden doors inside the condo were swollen and hard to close. The condo needs a dehumidifier desperately. There will most likely be a mold issue. The living room seating was not comfortable at all, and parts of it was dirty. The outside location of our condo was clean and tidy. Check in was easy. We had the incorrect codes for the pool gate, but that was remedied within 24 hours. We would not stay at this location again.

Had a little rough start, but no complaints, booked the stay while driving to fl, so somewhere communications was missed on having it prepared. Mrs Pinky sent her cleaning staff promptly to handle it. Things happen in the rental world. The owner was prompt in addressing. The weather snuck up on us, but with that amazing view it was a beautiful sight to watch the lightning storms over the beach. The staff on location were friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer, and will absolutely book again. Highly recommend. Full size washer and dryer to keep your things clean the whole trip, the bed was more comfortable than my own! So close to destin for the rough days to swim in the bay, and super close to Tailfins our fav brunch spot.

The convenience of the parking garage with the luggage trolly made arrival and departure a breeze. The condo is beautiful and so clean. Our stay could not have been any better with the location being so very close to the beach. One of the best beach getaways!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The property has a wonderful pool and great beach access. We loved it and will visit again!

The location of the condo was perfect from the 3rd floor parking deck! It made packing and unpacking so much easier than having to wait on an elevator. We enjoyed the beach service too! The entire family had a wonderful time. Thank you for opening your home to us.
