Nothing. They did not honor the reservation and claimed it was overbooked by Booking.com

Turned us away even though they confirmed our reservation claiming they had no rooms available. Staff was useless in helping us find another room in the area. Blamed booking.com for the problem. Offered no solution. Totally unprofessional- I advise Booking.com no longer does business with this horrible hotel.

my confirmation said that I booked a double bed but when I arrived, the woman at the front desk said that I had a single bed. I wasn’t offered a refund, another room, or even an apology. it was a very uncomfortable night and to top it off, the only elevator that would open when I tried to leave said not to use that one at all so I had to take the stairs.
