Thankful for a good place to stay- there was quite a few dead flies on the carpet and the bed frame in one of the rooms was broken, otherwise it was a great stay, and a short walk to the harbor with gorgeous views!

Perfect for what we needed! Loved the easy walk to the views on the bluff and board walk to town. Felt like we were part of the community.

All you could ask for and more. Updated and beautifully decorated home 1/2 mile from downtown Harbor Springs. Easy walk to town. Only 5 miles to Highlands and Nubs. More then enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. Recommend. May come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful lake.

This house was great. Small, but at the same time a lot of room for quite a few people if need be. It was just two of us and we loved it. Really close to Harbor Springs town and just a two min walk to some really beautiful views. It is near the tunnel of trees and close enough to Petoskey. Very clean and up to date. I will say the only thing that could make it better would be to make the code for the lock to the door my own phone number. They give you a nine digit code to unlock and it is a pain sometimes to do that, not a big deal at all though. More of a suggestion for future renters because everywhere else I visit either uses my phone number or asks what code I prefer. Such a great place, everyone should love it!

The directions for the lock were wrong - apparently intended for a different lock. We called Vacasa for help, but she didn't have any suggestions although she tried. We eventually figured it out.

Great home with attention to detail & technology ….VERY close to town…..lovely neighborhood!!!

The only issue we had was the master bedroom bed. The bed frame is broken away from the headboard and the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a super cute rental property in a beautiful location.

Cute little house walking distance to downtown Harbor Springs, short drive to ski resorts. Overall great location.

Easy check in. The place was clean and nice. Carpets a little worn, but otherwise great.

Very smooth rental process. Good communication Only glitch was conversation w agent re checkout included request to start a load of laundry....which we did. The written instructions did not state this so it was a bit confusing as to what was required.

We were lucky to snag this place for a last minute trip to Harbor Springs. Just a 10 min walk to downtown and about a 10 min drive from Petoskey. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked and the deck was lovely. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The home was very nicely updated and the location was great, nice quite neighborhood. Only drawback was the A/C; only the bedrooms are air conditioned with window A/C units. The kitchen and living room are not air conditioned.

I have stayed in many vacation homes and this ranks right up at the top. So easy to access. Very clean. Would come back with no hesitation.

It’s a very nice cottage and we love the homey feeling . The place is very close to the lake within walking distance of the beautiful view . I really enjoy my daily morning run to the lake . Would definitely recommend it and come back in the future

A nice place to stop on a quiet street about a mile from beautiful Harbor Springs. The kitchen has been updated nicely, plenty of towels provided, along with bed linens. Beds are also very comfortable. We are a family of four with two teens. We were out a lot but this was a wonderful place to come back to. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area!
