This home met all of our expectations and provided the perfect home for our family of 9.The home was supplied with all we needed for meal preps, entertainment, spreading out, keeping up the laundry, relaxing, and sound sleeping. We found the setting to be beautiful, quiet, and convenient to all things Estes Park. I highly recommend this home as a wonderfully appointed and situated home away from home!

I will say that this house was an exceptional place for a large family. There were a few things we didn’t get to utilize because of us being gone most of the days (we didn’t get to use the hot tub or many of the games) but we had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and cozy, and other than the hot water not lasting too long,’we have no complaints!!!!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of things to keep us entertained. They decorated for Christmas as well and that was a nice surprise. There were a couple issues and the host was very quick to respond and fix them. It was a pleasant stay for our family.

The family (me, my wife, three grown boys, their wives, and three grandchildren) met in Estes Park for an annual family vacation. The home was very clean, game room was really fun, beautiful wood work throughout the house, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for individual privacy. There are really only a few downsides: 1) Other than the dining table or outside on the picnic tables, there is no place for a large group (we were 11) to just comfortably sit and have conversation in the evenings. 2) Although the game room is pretty awesome, there is absolutely no seating in the game room -- however the theater room is adjacent to the game room. 3) Hot water flow in the bathroom sinks is minimal at best, however water flow in the showers is excellent. 4) Although the kitchen is well-equipped for a group of 14, trying to prepare a large meal in the kitchen is challenging due to the overall size of the kitchen. With all of that said, we would rent this property again because the pro's far outweigh the con's. After all, trying to perfectly accommodate a large group is almost impossible and the location of this house is perfect if you're visiting Estes.

For a family of variety of ages, this property fits the bill. Everyone complimented how comfortable the beds were, and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather both inside and out. Its fairly decorated, has mega storage, is clean and the staff was friendly.

Great VRBO rental for family reunion of 12. Loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all, and large spaces to gather as a group. We truly loved the outdoor covered decks and front porch areas. The extra bonus was having elk visit the front yard fountain/pond one afternoon!

The house was a perfect size for our family of 14. Our 2 daughters and their husbands along with our 8 grandchildren ranging from 2-17 love Estes. We have vacationed there for 9 years. Always rent thru VRBO and this is our favorite house by far. The minor issues we had were taken care if promptly.

We rent a a large vacation home at least once a year for our 13 person family and this one was one of the best! It has all of the normal amenities AND an amazing number of toys (hot tub, pool, foosball, arcade games, pickleball, frisbee golf, croquet, air hockey, theater room). The beds were very comfortable and the house is large enough that the kids can have their space while the adults have theirs. Our grandkids had never been to RMNP, so we rented this place to introduce them to this beautiful area were my wife and I honeymooned 50 years ago! We chose well! There are always minor issues when you rent a large home. We found that the owners were very responsive and took care of things quickly. For example, it was very warm during our stay and the house does not have AC, which is not surprising at 7,500 feet. The second floor bedrooms got very warm during the day and cooled off slowly after the sun went down. I sent a message to the owners and within a few hours we had three new box fans delivered. We put them in the upstairs windows and it was comfortable up there within minutes! We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent this property again! Don Miller Granville, Ohio

3 families met at this rental for a few days of hiking at RMNP. Was ideal for a large group, particularly for teens from different families who craved both entertainment and privacy. Many birds and animal visitors in the yard to observe from the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of fun extras like pickle ball court, pool table, and classic arcade games. Highly recommend.

The property was very spacious, big bedrooms with plenty of space for a pack in play and an air mattress if you are traveling with littles. The upstairs bedroom above the garage worked wonderful because it connected to the room our grandchildren were in. Has a separate entrance so the connecting room was not an issue at all. Close to Downtown ESTES, groceries, gas, and RMNP. Video games, theater room, and pool table were a hit. Hot tub looked very clean, although we never used it. Kitchen was very well stocked. Saw a baby elk feeding with it's mother right in the backyard! Took advantage of a few meals and reading out on the back deck. Would return again!

It was real nice and decorated for Chrismas

We had a great time. This house was perfect to bring families together. We were able to spread out and really enjoy the amenities, movie room, hot tub, pool table big kitchen etc. Estes is magical at Christmas. Thanks again. We had a great time.

The property itself was in a great location and beautiful, however, there were a lot of problems with the function of home. Many outlets, light switches and lamps were not working. Some bathroom sinks did not have hot water, the kitchen sink knob was broken and the outdoor games were also broken. Messages were sent to the owners however no response was ever returned. None of these issues had a huge negative impact on our stay, but we would have appreciated a response from the owners acknowledging our concerns with the property. We also did not feel very welcomed as there were notes all over the home warning us that cops would be called if we were too loud. Overall, the stay was fine and we had everything we needed, there were just minor issues with the property itself and lack of communication with the owners.

This is a beautiful home where we had a wonderful family reunion with our kids and grandkids. However, The hot tub water was cloudy (We have a hot tub and know what it should look like) and the last evening we tried to cook pizzas in the oven. (The bottom oven never heated up, The top overheated burning our pizza). We sent a message to the owner on October 4th and have never heard back. This was rather disappointing; We hope that these two situations have been fixed.

Very comfortable home, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms & baths especially nice. Game room a & hot tub a real bonus. We would definitely return to this property

This was a great property for a large family with kids. Plenty of things to do at the house and everything you can ask for on-site. Not much of a nightlife nearby so not ideal for that crowd. But for families perfect.

This place was perfect for a big family get together. Plenty of space for everyone to be doing their own thing. Many options for entertainment and a fairly well stocked kitchen to cook and grill. They ended up being able to be flexible for checking in which was a great help. Only downside was the primary bedroom's toilet wasn't working and the timeline given by the host for the fix didn't work out and so we were unable to use it the whole time of our stay. Overall a great stay and would likely rent again if the need arises.

The experience we had here was amazing! We booked this VRBO for our wedding weekend so that our family and friends could stay with us for the weekend. It was the first time in a while we all were able to get together like this and the experience here was nothing short of amazing. You were never without something to do whether that was the arcade room, playing pool, getting in the hot tub, watching a movie in the movie theater, playing corn hole, playing disc golf, or even just sitting on the wraparound porch taking in the breathtaking views. Each of my family members were able to have their own space and each room was very spacious. A few even came with a big “hot tube” in the room. We saw a lot of elk and there was a lot to do in the area. You were never too far from food or entertainment. The trip itself was amazing because it was my wedding weekend but I think this VRBO really enhanced the entire weekend. We are already talking about coming back and looking for another family event sometime next year or maybe sooner! lastly, I will add that the owners were very nice and super accessible if I needed anything. Any questions I had they got back to me at a very decent time and they were super nice and accommodating which also makes this experience a five-star experience!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. This house was perfect for our families. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The children enjoyed the arcade games and pool table. As restaurants are often noisy and it is difficult to hear and enjoy a group of ten around a table, we had all our meals at the house. The kitchen was well supplied with the cookware and items we needed to prepare the meals. The views from the house are beautiful and all of us enjoyed RMNP. It is a wonderful place from which to make precious memories.

We had my family stay during a 5 day trip to Estes Park. What a great place to crash each night. A lot for the grandkids to do and space for the adults to chill. Thank you so much for making this a family friendly get away.

THE HOUSE easily PROVIDED ROOM FOR THE 14 PEOPLE AND COULD HAVE PROVIDED FO16 BUT 2 COULDN'T MAKE IT. LOTS OF AND ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE AT THE HOUSE We were very happy with the house and its location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The interior was spacious and clean with a variety of activities we all enjoyed. Great stocked kitchen with bonus kitchen in basement. Alex responded promptly to a few issues (cleanliness of outdoor furniture and shower knob) and rectified all but one concern within 24 hrs (a bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work). Pond needed water and we were able to easily manage that. It was a terrific place conveniently located near RMNP and downtown Estes Park. It worked great for our group. We enjoyed regular elk and deer visitors! We highly recommend it for a large group and urge you to promptly communicate any concerns or things needing attention. Alex was very responsive and appreciated us letting them know.

This was a very clean and nice house for a large number of people and it had many amenities for young and old alike. It is close to RMNP, Estes Park YMCA (nice playground for the little ones) and the downtown area of Estes for food and shopping. We had very few problems and the concerns we did have were answered promptly and satisfactory. Our group included 8 adults and five children 6 and under and there was plenty of room/privacy and activities for all. We enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious dining area for meals and for games, the classic arcade games entertained the young and brought back memories to the 20+ year olds. It was the perfect place to stay and we hope to come back some time in the future.

Overall we had a great stay in Estes Park. The house is large to accommodate big groups. The location is great next to Estes and the RMNP. The downsides were that the property was dirty. Trash around the outside. There was used gum sitting on the window sill next to the hot tub which was dirty. There are many repairs that need to be done including light bulb replacement, broken dishwasher rack, etc. Additionally, the view off the porch is not of a wide open field to the mountains it is to a dumpster with small glimpses of the mountains in the back. I contacted the owner after with a list of the fixes cleaning issues more so to let them know they may want to check on whoever is performing these services and was met with silence and then rudeness so know what you are going into.

This was a great house for entertainment and spreading out. The only thing I wish the listing had included (unless I missed it) was that there were pack n plays and a highchair at the property. The kids enjoyed the deck, the movie theater and all the arcade games. The kitchen was large enough for 3 or 4 cooks to prepare meals for everyone. A great get-away weekend.

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our family to be together but still have our own personal space. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need as far as supplies. Even with the cleaning miscommunication at the beginning of our stay, everything was handled professionally and respectfully and we have nothing but good things to say about the house and property owners. Thank you for everything!
