This place was exactly what we needed for our girls trip. The management company was quick to respond and the house was spacious. The backyard was perfect for hanging out all weekend.

Our biggest concern is where were no safety bars in any of the showers or bathrooms. There we no railings for safe entry to swimming pool. We had 5 over 65 years. No comfortable furniture to sit on. Setup for a party group.

We had people from 8 months to 72 years and it worked well. It was well equipped and the swimming pool provided our central gathering place around mid-afternoon. We found several good places in the area for younger children including Lady Bird Johnson wildflower gardens, the children’s museum (called Thinkery) and a huge park (Butler Park) with a good children’s area (Alliance Children’s Garden). There is also a fairly large park a block behind the house with a lot of open space and a small children’s playground.

This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving/30th Birthday get together. There was plenty of space and room to spread out and the house is very functional. It is in a neighborhood very close to downtown, the airport, and other areas of interest in Austin. The property managers are super responsive and were available without being bothersome. The highlight is for sure the backyard space and pool! During some pretty unseasonably cold TX weather, the heated pool and hot tub were well worth it!! We loved being able to grill, swim, and hang during the day and in the evening. Our kids did not want to leave- and neither did we! Would recommend this property for sure- thanks for an amazing week!

This house proved to be a great choice for our family who was gathering together for a wedding. Great location with easy access to South Congress St., great restaurants, Barton Springs, etc. Beds were super comfortable. Especially loved the pool and shower in the master bath. We did have some issues with the hot water going in and out, but the property manager was very responsive.

Pictures don't lie! The pictures you see of this home and pool and exactly like they are advertised, if not better. My family was so impressed with the home, especially with the pool - a true pool to swim in, not just wade. I'm not an expert. but the kitchen seemed to be "top-of-the-line", too.

I used this property for a bachelorette over Memorial Day weekend! All the girls loved the event and really enjoyed the property. I think we spent most of our time in the pool. The house was far enough from downtown that I felt like a little oasis but close enough that a cheap Uber ride got us there in the blink of an eye. This property is so peaceful and created for relaxation and celebration. We wouldn’t change a thing!

The house was perfect, we had a group of friends looking to relax during the day and go out at night and this was the ideal place to book. The pool/backyard was very clean and spacious and the inside of the house was open and welcoming for a group to hangout. Easily would come back to this house for the next trip to Austin!

The house was nice on the inside but the front nothing great. I assume that's why there are no pictures of the front in the listing. The rooms were smaller than we expected and especially the shower downstairs was quite small. Our hot water didn't work the first night we were there, but there was a freeze that day and they did come out to fix it for us the following day. After fixing the hot water we noticed some leaks in the upstairs, which they came out again the following day to look at. We noticed a couple of areas with stains on the master bedroom carpet which didn't look like they had attempted to clean before us. The place overall was ok but we would stay somewhere else, closer to downtown.

Amazing Stay
My 12 girlfriends stayed at this property and had an amazing weekend!! The photos don’t even do it justice. It’s spacious and comfortable. Top end appliances and plenty of supplies to cook in the nice open kitchen. The upstairs master room gets a bit warmer than the rest of the house and the pool water was quite hot (Austin in July) but the backyard was beautiful and so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend booking this home!!

This was such a clean and wonderful house. 11 of us stayed here for a bachelorette and is one of the most well kept rental houses I have stayed in. Although it’s not the closest to downtown (10-15 minutes) it’s a perfect house for a bunch of people and the outdoor space and pool is to die for. The hosts were prompt when we had questions and accomatdated our early check in and lake check out 10/10

Perfect setting for a girls’ weekend
We stayed at this gorgeous property for a joint college reunion/bridal celebration weekend. We’re all in our late 30s and wanted to focus more on hanging by the pool and relaxing than hitting the town and this house worked perfectly for that. Plenty of beds and a clean, well appointed kitchen and living space. We had food catered in on one night and it was easy and the property was perfect for serving and spreading out to eat. It rained one day but were able to enjoy the pool and backyard amenities our last day and couldn’t have been more thrilled. Highly recommend for a crowd that wants to hang together but still in an adult enough setting that you’re not piled on top of each other.

Modern Luxurious Palace
This place was exactly what I was looking for hosting my friends and family for a weekend! Ample inside room, incredible backyard and close proximity to the airport and downtown. The place was very clean, modern and beautiful. The host was very prompt in responding as well. Be advised that it will vost extra to heat the pool, the hot tub and all backyward lighting goes off at 10pm sharp.

Post Covid vaccination family gathering
We really enjoyed our stay here at the home. It was a get away from our home and able to hang out with family we haven’t seen in last year due to Covid. Kids and adults all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We really loved the open floor plan with a spacious kitchen as we just hung out at the house. My recommendations would be to have folding luggage racks in the rooms. Also our availability of pool towels was limited. Other than that the house was great, we really enjoyed ourselves!! Communication with rental agency was prompt.

Beautiful Home
We had a great vacation in Austin!! This property was great — as advertised and a really nice layout for our group of two families to spread out. The pool and backyard are fantastic, super relaxing and plenty of sunshine to enjoy. The outdoor grill was nice, we enjoyed dinners in every evening and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was REALLY RESPONSIVE with everything we needed, they fixed an AC issue within 15 minutes of my call. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the home.

My kids and I based out of here to bike around the hill country. The pool was very much appreciated and the hot tub on the last evening was very useful for relaxing after two days of mountain biking all day. The place is great, great spaces, modern and well put. A couple of things could be improved - drainage on the downstairs shower stalls was not the best as water build up was almost immediate. Also and to the property manager’s defense this is more on the previous tenant than On them; but, when they cleaned the place after the previous tenant the property managers should have seen the tremendous overflow of trash in the trash and recycle bins, done the math on falling unto us to move the bins to the curve and figured that having trash bags drip and ooze and fall on you is not what people envision as a fun activity when you are visiting any place at all.

Clean, attractive house with great outdoor space
The house was great. Very comfortable and very clean. I thought it was a little strange to have to text the property manager to have hot tub turned on and off (you pay by the hour). However, his/her response was quick. And I totally get it. Heating a hot tub must be costly towards your electricity bill. Wouldn’t want careless people leaving it running unnecessarily. Overall, we were happy and would definitely return.

Heating the pool is too expensive.
Check out process is unrealistic with having to wash, dry and fold towels.
No wash rags. Everything is clearly brand new, but stuff has not been washed like towels and dishes.
