Aircon and location were fantastic. Easy walk to the train station. Easy self check in. Host is also very kind and accomodating. When I fell sick he allowed us to delay our checkout until I was well enough to move and even went to the pharmacy to get medicine as we didn’t speak Italian. Very grateful, would definitely recommend this place.

Very near train station, great jumping off point for 5 terre. The communication via whatsapp very prompt, all my questions answered to satisfaction.

Bit far from la spezia town, which can be a bit scary at night, but you can't have everything.

Modern apartment, great location

We booked this place to have be close to La Spezia station for one night. Very clean and convinent for our needs.

The host was very kind & communicative and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The location was excellent, just a short 5 minute walk to the central train station. We were provided everything we needed and were very comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again!
