Customer service not friendly, not pleasant check in experience, did not get the room I had booked

Shuttle to and from airport. We asked to be picked back up after drop off and watched shuttle drive by us twice. Finally had to get an Uber. ☹️

To be completely honest the hotel experience was underwhelming and subpar. We booked a 4 night stay and since day 1 it was unsatisfactory. First booking.com sent the wrong room reservation details in which they informed the hotel we had one queen bed request when it was two, this I understand was not their fault, however the staff performance and lack of professionalism afterwards is what took the cake. To begin, Jennifer at the front desk tried to help by finding us another room and waiving the early checking arrival fee, but couldn’t offer us an estimated wait time for a room, this was at 10:30 am. About two hours later after picking up our rental I went up to her again to ask for the room update to which the only thing she could tell us was that the rooms have not been cleaned yet and that we might even be waiting for a room until regular check in time at 3pm. Fast forward to 2:48pm I talked to another staff member whose name may be Luis (not really certain I overheard it when Jennifer called him over for help) who told us the rooms were not yet cleaned and it might be another 10-15 mins. At 3:20 pm I had to speak to another staff member named Evelyn as he never came back to me in regards to the room and he looked at me waiting in line twice as he was coming and going from the lobby. We waited a total of 5 hours in their lobby, and even fell asleep on their couches as we’ve been up since the day prior due to the fact that we had to drive to a different state to catch our flight. And to add their couches smelled absolutely putrid. The price was not change or even a comp was added to accommodate for all that. Second of all, we had to get moved to a different room after the second night as the a/c was not working and the room temperature was reading 77°F the first night and 82°F the second night.

Very good cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere during the day.

The night was terrible, we went two nights without sleeping. Guests kicking down doors, screaming, and arguing in the hallway late at night.

Extremely close to the airport - free shuttle that comes every 30 mins. Very close to the port - cheaper to take an Uber than shuttle I'm fussy with linens and this hotel has soft, comfortable linens and beds.

The shuttle didn't come every 30 mins. We waited almost an hour and called the hotel. Got tired of waiting and took an Uber. Wish they had free continental breakfast - $15 pp They didn't have towels when we checked in. It was closer to 8pm.

Buena ubicacion

Le style industriel unique et soigné donne beaucoup de charme à cet hôtel. La proximité a l’aéroport. La jeune fille qui tient le bar/restaurant très aimable et souriante qui a bien voulu rouvrir et nous encaisser un en-cas à emporter.

La navette que nous avons attendu 1 heure 30 à l’aéroport. La fréquence de passage des navettes des autres hôtels était très élevée. Une fois la navette enfin arrivée, celle-ci puait la cigarette et la bouffe. Il y avait des cafards dans la navette… ce qui nous a laissé penser le pire pour la suite à l’hôtel. Mais heureusement l’établissement était beau et propre. La femme à l’accueil n’était pas du tout agréable et n’a même pas réagi quand on lui a indiqué avoir attendu la navette aéroport plus d’une heure et être affamés sans avoir rien à manger à 22h. Elle n’en avait que faire.
