Great location, lovely design, great rooftop view, very helpful host Dario. I recommend this accomodation if visiting Ostuni or even as a base while exploring Puglia in general!

Amazing location, literally a few steps from the centre and everything that Ostuni has to offer (which is lots!) But also very quiet - in a residential side street, inhabited mainly by locals, but offered a real sense of staying in 'authentic' southern Italy! Found the house very easily following the detailed directions given by Dario! The house was beautifully modernised and appointed, immaculately clean and tidy and very comfortable and the terraces - wow - stunning views and furnished with plenty of seating and tables etc - amazing far reaching views, great area to relax! If I was being super critical I would say that the lack of WiFi could be a problem, but could also be a bonus depending on how you view it!! And also worth a mention are the VERY steep narrow stairs throughout and the VERY low headroom in some doorways, particularly the bedroom, I am quite short so not too much of a problem for me, although you soon learn once you've bumped your head few times Very easy to drive to many beautiful beaches and Matera about 1 hr 40 mins and Alberobello about 40 mins away well worth a visit! Highly recommend both Ostuni and Cozy House, Dario was very helpful in providing information and advise on places to eat etc! We would return with absolutely no hesitation - loved everything!

I wish they had WiFi

Located in the old town right next to the centre but quiet. The rooftop terrace is quite a relaxing place and gives a feel about the southern Italian way of life… It even comes with a washing machine and nicely equipped kitchen - pretty handy.

I’m about 2m tall - which clashes with an Italian house build around 1750’s… But still easily manageable.

Very nice house in a quiet area in Ostuni. The highlight for us was the terrace on the rooftop. We had breakfast there. It is only 5 minutes to the centre with many restaurants.

Only 9 out of 10 because the bed could be more comfortable.

Cozy as the name of the house. We missed the train and check in quite late, but the owner still welcomed us nicely. The house is so clean and new, fully equipped. And the owner can speak Enghlish. Highly recommend for your trip.

A lovely house right in the centre of ostuni. Dario was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some great tips for eating out in the town. We enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace. A great stay!
