Nu ne-a plăcut faptul ca lipsește liftul, produsele de igiena și feonul și totodata Internetul nu era foarte rapid.

Eine Matratze hatte Flecken, spartanisch eingerichtet. Ein Wecker hat ab 4.30 Uhr durchs ganze Haus geschallt, sehr hellhörig.

The mattresses are not firm and the bed creaks. There is no window curtain in the living room / kitchen area, so it is too hot when the sun is shining. The living room / kitchen area is too small.

Calm place

There was renovation work going on on the stairs and the apartment floor was completely dirty with all the dust from the renovation works.

Was clean and staff was quick and helpful.

Spacious and close to center

all good, just some shower gels in the bathroom, that would be very nice to have.

against some other reviews, the „check in“ was without problems. one telephone call with clear instructions opened all doors. There is no reception, no desk , nobody personally waiting. The area is maybe not everybody’s taste, but it’s good to anything in Dortmund. it’s located directly at the Borsigplatz. The is tidy clean, well equipped, all more or less new. The shower worked fine, the beds were comfy. For tall people, the bed end is wooden and hard. A kettle, a coffee maker , microwave and a oven is part of the 3 bed room. Around the corner, there is a bakery (4 minutes by feet) There is no elevator, when you rent room 7 you have to get up all stairs. recommend place to be

The apartment was clean and not too far from a Train and tram station. Also 10min walk from supermarket the owner Betty was very helpful. Also the WiFi is very good. The apartment has a good TV with netflix

The apartment no 2 has no cabinet in the room and you can't hang any cloths. They could do with some intems in the kitchen like chopping board and potato Piller etc.. also in the bathroom no hook to hand cloths. The Room was quite big enough for 3 to 4 people.

Typical plain and minimalist ikea-style apartment. There is a kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plates, cups, spoons, forks, etc, but no knife!

No internet!!!! in the apartment. The owner didn’t even take care of the most evident thing - to leave a paper with wife-net and password in the apartment somewhere! The cleaning woman didn’t speak English AT ALL, so she hardly understood me and what I wanted from her. They gave us the apartment on the last floor - apartment #7, and first it was a disaster: when we came in, there were workers in the window outside the balcony on the scaffolding - they were making a lot of noise, not paying attention to us. When I called this cleaning woman and asked her to give us another apartment (there were other 6 left, at least one of them had to be free), she said that she needs first to clean the apartment. I asked her to call me when we can move into another apartment, but she didn’t. So we stayed in apt #7. No one bothered to leave the Wi-Fi password in the apartment!!! There was NO connection to host/owner, who spoke English. I couldn’t wash my hair in the morning, as it was no hair dryer and pretty cold in the apartment. It was impossible to turn on the stove (induction cooker) and to cook dinner - there is no instruction on how to use it - or it may be out of order((( No knife for cutting, just the serving knives I would like to have the most necessary things that should be in the apartment: salt, sugar, some oil for cooking - but as the cooker didn’t work - well, there is no use in it anyway.

Very nice studio in a calm area of Dortmund. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy. Good equipment. I recommend it!
