Wygodny apartament, bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony, dodatki typu kawa, herbata, dżemy. Ale również deska do prasowania i żelazko. Zaraz obok sklep z lokalnymi produktami i bardzo blisko do centrum miasta. Właściciele bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Od razu reagowali na każdą potrzebę

Nuovo e ben ristrutturato ma l'atmosfera che si respira resta autentica! La gentilezza e l'attenzione di Maria alle nostre necessità sono state eccezionali, c'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e anche di più!!!

Spacious appartement With oryginal stone ceiling , simply “ritual” cleanliness like we have at home! Very pleasant decoration with taste and good organisation of the rooms . Milk, coffe and choice of the tea in the appartement. Should be Only for tourists taking care of order and cleanliness. Bravo!

Staying at Maria’s was a home away from home. It had all the amenities you needed including coffee for the morning and it was only a short stroll into the centre of town.

Perfect location, just 3-4 min walk to the Piazza Liberta and all restaurants&trattorias and the historical center. Minimarket just 100 m around the corner. New opening (July 2021), very clean with all facilities one would expect or...not, from coffee&tea, few bottles of water and milk in the fridge, small welcome present, dish washing machine etc. The hosts (Maria and husband) are very helpful, managing to find the proper solutions for all demands. Ok, parking place is an issue all over the Region in the small and narrow streets of every town, but at least in low season we never had problems to find one during the whole week we stayed there, just 100 m in a neighbouring Piazza. The apartment itself is situated on the groundfloor and therefore a bit dark, small windows very high positioned, but, once again, this is very specific to downtown buildings on narrow streets all over Italy. The total sleeping capacity is 4 adults, with a very small bedroom (kingsize bed) and a turn-up (kingsize) bed in the living room. There are actually no doors, but curtains between the rooms, in order to create more space. Wi-fi working at 100%. No keys, just an access code, so no need to worry. We would love to come back one day, that's for sure. Meanwhile, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone as a decent alternative to a hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Narrow streets can be sometimes noisy during night, in spite of the absence of cars in traffic, but also in the morning when there are some renovation activities in houses that start at 7 am-that is very typical to Italy, people often speak very loud. And, of course, locals may have different habits and sleeping hours than tourists-all these has nothing to do with the apartment and owners, just felt I had to mention it.
