The Lobby and the room was really nice and Vernice. We were very disappointed with Alicia the manager that checked us out on Sunday the 8th of October. We explained to Alicia that my son had a double header baseball game at 8:00 am and 10:00 am which finished at 11:45 am and we wanted to come back to the Hotel so that my son can take his shower before the long 4 hour drive back home. And the manager didn't grant us the courtesy. Half of the hotel was checking out remember it was Sunday. My son would've been out by 1:00 pm or 2 pm the latest, but Alicia the manager wasn't allowing him to take his shower. So my son had a long ride home all sweaty and smelly Thanks to Alicia. And we were very professional and kind allowing her to finish her breakfast before she attended us. We were really dissatisfied, specially that we have stayed at the Best Western before. Due to this situation we will not stay at a Best Western anymore and will spread the word how we were mistreated. My son just recently got a Student/Athletic Scholarship to an Ivy League University. And he's probably going into the MLB draft and will probably not stay at another Best Western when he's traveling around the United States playing baseball because of this really bad experience. You never know who's staying in your hotel so give courtesy to customers when needed and always remember the written rule "The Customer is Always Right" They're the reason you have a job. The staff.

The location because the train made noise as it passes by several times a day. Also the ice machine is so loud so it woke me up every time someone used it.

The location was nice

I didn't like that it did not have a pool me and my kids had stayed there but it needs a pool we was not informed that did not have a pool

It’s a newer updated hotel, accommodations were bar none. The coffee was delicious as well as the complementary breakfast.

The property management. She was awesome very accommodating, nice and friendly.

It was clean

Loud trains at all times of the night. Loud noise from customers at the gas station next door. Housekeeping was not reliable and we always had to tell front desk to have the room cleaned.

It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are big, very clean, and the breakfast is very good. The maid service is exceptional. We would recommend the hotel to everyone. We have stayed here many times, when coming to Lakeland, and it is always just as good as previously. It is also in a very good location.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed pillows. They are very soft, and flat.

It was quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! I love waking up just to make my pancakes with chocolate chips on top!

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with! The hotel was also neat and clean. The breakfast area was kept clean throughout breakfast and breakfast was good.

The breakfast was great and the service from the kitchen crew was exceptional ,they where very polite and helpful.

My only issue was that they hold my deposit for more than a week with no reason and when I called the office all the said is I'm sorry with no solution and blaming my bank for the delay what is not true.
