Very warm and friendly hosts

Everything was great but on the first night the noise from the road was a little loud - but it was July 4th weekend though so perhaps not normal!

The experience at Aria & Mare Hamptons was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy, the owners and Trevor were really kind and helpful, and the location was just perfect to go to the nearby beach and towns. Trevor even sent us a link he prepared with recommendations of attractions and restaurants that was really helpful to decide what to do during our visit.

This beautiful, well located place is a true gem. Everything starting from the welcoming arrival and our departure was so perfect that it is hard to imagine anything more than what we had. There was also a personal touch that you rarely meet with. The almost 100 years old house as such is is already an experience, not to mention the abundant fresh breakfast. Instead of one day, we could have stayed for one week... Highly recommend this place, you will not get disappointed!

Trevor, the housekeeper has been very engaged. He has been very helpful and took care for us in a perfect way. The rooms are big enough and breakfast and living area is very comfortable.

Everything was very good Trevor is an excellent host. We particularly liked the little beach on the bay.

We were there during early autumn, when the temperatures were dropping. The individual rooms do not have any temperature controls so several times we asked Trevor to raise the temperartures. He did but we had too many times when it was uncomfortable for us. I made the suggestion that he should have some inexpensive space heaters that could be used to heat individual rooms.

Trevor made us feel welcome and overall was an incredible host! Give him a raise!:)

Absolutely lovely little b&b right in Southampton. The staff (Trevor) was great, the room was quite comfortable, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be back !

Quaint little B and B just east of Hampton Bays. cute little private beach on the bay. Trevor the manager was amazing and attentive. Peaceful close to everything.

Trevor was a great host. We were able to check in early. He puts out a nice continental breakfast and will make eggs upon request.

I would recommend having a few lounge chairs by the water.

Trevor was an amazing, gracious host. Room was comfortable and clean. The Inn was very quiet.

The addition of a tv in the room would be wonderful. The breakfast could be a bit better and less heavily weighted to starches and pastries. The signage off East Montauk Highway could be improved-there is not sign for the Inn and the street number can only be viewed when one is driving eastbound.
