Good location

Uncomfortable sofa , not enough info how to get into accommodation.no parking .they took £100 more than they was supposed to and I'm still trying to get it back

Great location. Super helpful staff. Washer dryer worked great.

It needed to be cleaned. Carpet and floor were filthy. Dirty pots in the cupboards and food remains on the inside of drawers. Heat was non functioning, but space heaters were supplied. No mirror in the bathroom. We had to leave the bathroom door open to prevent a foul odor build up.

Electric radiators not working, given portable convector heater (stopped working on second evening) portable fan heater. Poorly equipped kitchen, No sharp knife or kitchen scissors. Dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid.

Loved how close everything was to the apartment, everything was walking distance and parking was right outside which was perfect! Maggie was so so lovely very easy key handover. Apartment was clean and tidy. Very cosy. Had netflix, a fridge washer/dryer. Anything and everything you need for a weekend away!

Nice location 2 minute walk from town centre, they’ve provided alot of things you might need for a short trip, clean and comfortable

During hot summer months a fan would be a really nice addition as it can feel abit uncomfortable leaving windows open overnight being on the ground floor

The housekeeper Maggie was an absolute delight, she was so lovely and very accommodating. She was very informative as soon as I got there and answered any questions I had! I stayed on a bank holiday weekend and there are a few loud bars around but the flat was very quiet at night surprisingly even though I wouldn’t mind the noise!

I had a few issues with electricity and Wi-Fi. There were a few ants but there’s nothing much you can do about that in the town centre and in a ground floor flat, also it had been warm the past couple of days but they offered a late check out to compensate.

This apartment is beautiful, with all the comforts, the photos are the same or I can say that it is even better after you arrive, it has Netflix, internet, coffee, soap, towels, etc... I recommend it, it's excellent...! !It is in the centro of the city and with a large parking in the front.... la ost is very gentle ... thanks...!!!

I liked that the bed was comfy and Netflix was available. The host was professional considering I arrived 30 minutes later than I told him I would arrive, understandably it took him 45 minutes to get back to the room to let me in after that.

The heaters were broken and I had to use portable heaters provided. The blinds did not work and the shower drain was blocked so the bathroom flooded each time I had a shower.
