The hotel is located near the city center. It's cosy, arranged with quality furniture and amenities. The room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is a family business, from what I saw. The owner didn't know how to speak in English, neither his wife. They were welcoming guests at the reception. They didn't know how to explain you simple things. I am taking about usual staff, to show us on the map what we can visit, to recomand us places to eat, to explain us things related with our reservation. The breakfast was ok, but not excellent. They can improve the variety of food, for example for the people that are not eating meat. Also I could observ that they had at breakfast more cakes/sweets than normal food. Another thing that was not ok from my point of view it is related with the parking. When I booked the accomodation, they had this sentence in the description "free parking at the hotel". When I asked for information, they told me that the parking from the hotel is 10 BGN, and the parking from the street is free, if you can find some places. The street parking is not the hotel parking. You cannot put in the description that you have this free service if it's not the private parking of the hotel.

Very nicely renovated hotel, with a lot of taste and attention to details. Great garden, good breakfast, friendly people.

The hotel seems quite new, is located close to the Danube River and there are plenty of free parking spaces in the street. The room was large and we had a small terrace in the garden, which was really nice. Breakfast was good and the staff was lovely.

They should pay more attention to cleaning (bathroom).

Very clean and nice room, modern walk-in shower, the mini garden was a fantastic unexpected bonus. Nice and comfy bed, we got the suite, and the pullout sofa was more than acceptable for my back issues. Ladies from reception and breakfast were very polite and helpfull. It is 2 minutes walk fron the main street promenada.
