Amazing lodge with great facilities including lots of tea for me to drink! Full kitchen, full bathroom, great bedroom, hot tub was very nice and a great temperature and emptied after each stay!

Not a major complaint, but the bed only just fit in the room so I banged my leg on the wooden bit on the end sometimes. I just needed to be more careful!

A really good location set in a nice quiet area. It has the best of both worlds with the tranquil setting and then only a short journey to the park and ride to get in to York. We were a little later than the arranged check in but the wardens were very helpful with getting us settled in. A lovely lodge and the Xmas decorations were a nice touch for the kids making it more special. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed and the bonus of the hot tub rounded everything off nicely. A very special stay and will definitely be going back.

All of it. The lodge was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The Hollicarrs site is very peaceful and the layout very good. Lovely to see the rabbits and a hare jumping around in the long grass.

The staff turning up to deal with the hot tub while we were there, surely this should be fine while people are out, the day we was getting ready to leave staff started cleaning the hot tub before we had even left very off putting, several dead flies in the lights and cobwebs in the property
