The hotel Naira is very pretty, really clean, the breakfast plentiful and the personal is extremely helpful. An example of that is when we left the hotel one of the employees walked with our suitcases to our next destination.

The hotel is in a very nice building, well located in the touristic neighborhood. We felt safe. The staff is friendly and even allowed us to check in early and after an 12 hours bus trip, it was appreciated!!

Top location next to Plaza Mayor de San Francisco and Calle Sagárnaga. The room is basic but with plentiful shelving and a modern flatscreen TV. The bedding was very warm and included two heavy blankets. I was still cold (I run cold) and was provided a portable heater which was nice. There are some nice community spaces. Breakfast had a variety of options. Staff was welcoming and quite helpful.

Comfy beds, clean room with a balcony and view if the main church. Excellent central location. Breakfast buffets was one of the better that we encountered in South America: unlimited scrambled eggs and fresh pancakes! (questionable juices sometimes - wish there was orange juice available each day) Ended up extending our stay twice because the location was great. Staff were nice enough to give the same rate. Drinking water freely available at reception.

Wifi (ease of connection and speed) was quite awful. Very slow.

Very well located for restaurants and bars (recommend cafe del Mundo up the street), and for access to busses from San Francisco square. Clean and comfortable room with hot shower! Nice buffet breakfast in the adjoining cafe each morning. All day Luggage storage provided before our night bus to Uyuni! Library and lounge downstairs by reception!

Everything was good- small thing would be that toiletries could have been refreshed more frequently!

We arrived in the wee hours of the morning, and even at this absurd time, they were overwhelming welcoming. The staff was friendly, gracious and helpful throughout our stay, even letting us store our bags on the last day and calling us a taxi for our late departure. the hotel is in an excellent location! we chose a room at the front with a small balcony. we loved the view, but it was very loud. You may sleep more soundly toward the back.

Big open rooms in the heart of the city. Lots of character with nice courtyard and lounge areas. Our friend on reception was great, really helpful and informative, and available 24hours. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade pancakes

Had to reset the WiFi code every day. Not a big issue!
