We absolutely loved the location of this apartment! It was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice combo washer/dryer, and the kitchen was well stocked.

The futon in the living room wasn't very comfortable.

Great position. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms were great for our group of four.

Beds were too firm, pillows too soft.

Booking process was an unending nightmare! After receiving a confirmation of the reservation, their staff called to say credit card declined, which made no sense. But we said we would pay cash at check-in. When we checked in, we were told the credit card payment was already received. No explanation given for the screw-up. Before arrival, while we were phoning and trying to sort out the mess, we were told they don't work late evenings or weekends. (We're also in the rental business in Portugal and we're available for guests 24/7 because that's the nature of the business). We used the washing machine and it malfunctioned due to a blockage in the drain. We couldn't finish the cycle and had to be creative to get our clothes out of the machine. The detergent tray had not been cleaned, it was full of mould and mildew. There was no handsoap in the bathroom, no countertop space for toiletries, only 2 pillows on a king-size bed and no extras in the closet. The kitchen cutlery was hidden where we couldn't find them, we had to phone to find out where they were. All together, a very stressful time for no good reason. Really a shame because if they paid attention to small important details, it could be a perfect rental.

Our host Adelaide was great to deal with during the entire arriving and booking in process. The apartment is situated very close to shops and the main tourist sites in Guimaraes. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities you needed, and was very comfortable.

all brand new renovated apartement in a building with more apartments ,the location it’s totally central (you can go everywhere walking )the apartement have all the commodities (dishwasher,washing machine with dryer,kitchen with all equipment…the apartement for 2 persons it’s perfect ..the staff also very friendly so I recommend and I’ll be back for sure
