Förutom att det var svårt att få till betalningen så var allt fullkomligt ypperligt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta till andra och vi återvänder med all säkerhet själva.

Modern, well decorated and furnished house. It is more spacious than the pictures suggested. Owners have an eye for good interior design. We felt at home from the first minute. The view on lake Vänern from the dining room and terrace is marvelous. There are a few other holiday homes in the vicinity (not in direct sight), but in october we practically had the whole bay just for ourselves. The shore line consists of rocky parts with lots of puddles and little brooks, but also clean sandy beach-like parts probably perfect for swimming in summer. Our 3 year old son couldn't get enough of it, there is no better playground for adventurous kids than this. Did not get to use the sauna and boat but both looked very new and clean. We are definitely planning to come back. Thanks a lot to the very dedicated owners, we had a great time. No better place for the urgently needed time out from the stress of everyday life.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt unglaublich schön im Wald mit Blick auf den See. Birgitta war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub braucht und der Blick aus der Sauna sucht seines gleichen. Man sollte allerdings dran denken auf dem Hinweg einzukaufen, da der nächste Supermarkt 25 km entfernt ist. Wir kommen gerne im Sommer nochmal wieder.

We used the house with our small family (a one year old toddler and a four year old kid) during end of August and begin of September. The house is perfectly located. The next house is not visible (>100m away). It is just 50m to the Vänern with a small sandy beach. Perfect for our children. If you need something, just walk to the house and you have it. Every parent know, there is always something missing. There are no small islands in front of the bay. So the coastline is not protected and not so perfect for kayaking and rowing but anything else is perfect. The photos at the portal don't show the great environment. We don't know how many people visit this place during the summer high season but after the high season we noticed just one caravan for one night at the bay. (You need roughly 30 minutes to Säffle for the next ICA or COOP.) If you like hiking, there are lots of interesting routes but the classical natural reserves like Sörknatten need some driving around. If you are just for nice hikes, you will find some. Just buy a hiking map (there is a good book shop in Amal and a tourist info in Säffle). The owners were great. They stopped by after 14 days to check if they need to cut the grass and switch off a light (sic). After we left the house and went home, I noticed that I lost my wallet. They contacted the ICA and the police for me, went an additional time to the house and looked for the wallet. Everything after I was already back in Germany. This was amazing. Summary: a very nice house with perfect hosts.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel am Wasser. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Unvergesslich bleibt den Sternenhimmel aus der Sauna zu betrachten.

Fabulous all around. The lake has several sandy beaches very nearby including one directly in front of the cottage. There was an outdoor sauna with an incredible lake view. The cottage has clean, well equipped and even had air conditioning which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended!

Das Haus liegt an einer malerischen, ruhigen Bucht. Es ist sehr sauber, und gut eingerichtet. Brigitta und Bengt sind sehr höfliche, freundliche Gastgeber. Wenn Fragen auftauchten haben sie schnell und ohne Umwege geholfen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Alles entsprach den Angaben im Onlineangebot. Absolut empfehlenswert ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in Toplage. Vermieter waren sehr nett und alles war so wie beschrieben. Toller Strand und Natur für sich allein zum Entspannen und um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.

Dieses Haus ist der absolute Traum für alle, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe suchen. Der Blick auf den Vänern ist traumhaft und lädt zum Ausspannen ein. Trotz Polarlichtmeldung haben wir leider keine gesehen, das Potential scheint aber da zu sein. Das Haus selbst ist extrem gemütlich und man fühlt sich sehr schnell zu Hause! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr nett. Um zum Haus zu kommen, führt der Weg erstmal mehrere Kilometer über Schotterstraβen und auf Waldwegen zum Haus. Dafür ist man dann aber wirklich allein und unsere Kids haben den ganzen Strand für sich allein genossen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäβig und gut. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Beim Herd muss man nur das richtige Programm wählen (Oberhitze), damit man in kurzer Zeit wie zu Hause leckere Brötchen auf dem Tisch hat (der Weg zum Bäcker wäre definitiv länger!!!) Bedenken hatten wir wegen der Betten (es hieβ ja, dass diese Durchgelegen sein), wir haben aber wunderbar geschlafen! Die beiden Terrassen sind traumhaft. Frühstücken kann man mit Blick auf den See im wunderschönsten Sonnenschein. Abends wird es dann hinter dem Haus wundervoll sonnig. Das Highlight ist der Wintergarten mit sehr gemütlichen Möbeln, wo es selbst bei trübem Wetter sehr schön ist. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir kommen mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder ...

Insgesamt ein superschönes, sehr sauberes Haus in absoluter Toplage. Zwei Terassen und ein Wintergarten mit fantastischer Aussicht. Feuerbeheiztes Hot Tub. Spülmaschine. Leider keine Sauna, wie sonst bei solchen Ferienhäusern eigentlich üblich. Die Matratzen z.T. total durchgelegen und ein Garant für Rückenschmerzen. Schlecht funktionierender Ofen, in dem normale Aufbackbrötchen schon mal eine Stunde brauchen können. Ohne die genannten Kritikpunkte ein nahezu perfektes Haus, aber auch so noch immer absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben einen tollen 2-wöchigen Urlaub hier verbracht. Als wir das Haus das erste Mal betreten haben, waren wir sofort fasziniert vom Ausblick. Er ist atemberaubend. Die Ruhe, die man an diesem Ferienort genießen kann, ist glaube ich fast einmalig. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt und höchstens mal am Wochenende sind weitere Personen dort. Ansonsten ist man für sich. Wir hatten leider recht gemischtes Wetter, sodass wir nur ab und zu mal am Strand zum Sonnen waren. Doch wer sich in der Natur wohl fühlt, der ist hier am richtigen Platz. Unsere drei Kinder (6, 4 und knapp 1) haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet - alles sieht einladend aus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - nur deutsches Fernsehen gibt es nicht. Aber Spiele und auch Spielzeug für die Kinder ist vorhanden, ebenso eine Playstation. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die sehr sympathischen Vermieter. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben geholfen, wenn wir ihre Unterstützung brauchten.

We had a wonderfully, relaxing stay at this cottage. The location is idyllic, with views of the lake from one decking, and forest views from the other. There are walks from the cottage, with local beauty spots being a short drive away. Good communication from the owner before our stay, and were made to feel very welcome. We hope to return!

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne, erhöhte Lage in einer Bucht des Vänern. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick über den See. Es gibt zwei Terrassen mit ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten. Da sich diese jeweils auf der Vorder-und Rückseite des Hauses befinden, so kann man die Sonne suchen oder den Schatten auswählen. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr gepflegt und ohne Mängel. Auch bei weniger gutem Wetter hat man innen ausreichend Platz und eine schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht. Auch standen fahrbereite Fahrräder für Groß und Klein bereit. Zum Haus gehört auch ein kleines Ruderboot. Es ist ausreichend für zwei Personen, mehr jedoch nicht. Um Barsche und Hechte in der Bucht zu angeln, reicht es aus. Weiter hinausfahren sollte man nicht, da vorbeifahrende Schiffe doch erstaunlich hohe Wellen verursachen. Wer mag, der kann auch abends vom Felsen aus auf Weissfisch angeln. Das Ferienhaus hält was das Inserat verspricht. Sehr schöne Lage am schönen Vänernsee und am Waldrand. Ein dichter Wald mit vielen Rehen und Blaubeersträuchern bis ans Haus heran, typisch schwedisch halt. Ein sehr schöner Platz um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Danke für eine sehr erholsame Woche.
