Everything. It was a perfect stay with all the comfort one needs on their Holiday.

The restaurant nearby called Spice Dellia, they put a lot of pressure on us to order our food, although we were at our table by 10:15 pm. Most of the dishes weren't available from the menu which were quite basic ones and not even something special. The jeera rice we ordered had a piece of butter paper in it. I called the lady who served us she quickly took away the bowl and never came back to even ask. I called her and her reply was "I haven't put the paper in the rice bowl" which was rude. Ofcourse she hasn't put it but at least she would have called her manager. Negligence, especially with food is not acceptable. Very disappointing. Overall our dinner wasnt enjoyable at this restaurant.

Noise from the highway. Hotel also charged 18% GST on food (dinner) which is not right....it has to be only 5% GST on food items. I discussed but they were stubbeorn with no senior official available to explain or able to even discuss it with clarity

Not much for indoor

The rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. The overall property is nice with the staff also very pleasant.

As a location there is very little to do in Igatpuri and thus it does make sense to stay in Nasik. Would have been good if such a hotel was in Nasik. Secondly, the food is quite expensive.

We stayed at Rakabi the Fern, Igatpuri for 3 nights. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. There is ample parking space and the property is easily accessible from the highway. Buffet breakfast variety and taste is very good. Overall we had great experience and will stay at this property if we visit Igatpuri again in future.

Spicedella restaurant is good but the prices are too high!

Communications with the property could be improved a bit. I requested for Late Checkout and asked for confirmation in advance. But iI did not receive a confirmation even after many reminders through messages and phone.
