I called in the morning at 9, 10, 11 to confirm my booking, finally at 11 someone answered and confirmed my booking. After reaching the hotel, I was not allowed to have my room and when I called the call centre for help, they said they will shift me to a new location, but then asked me to wait for 4-6 hrs to confirm. When I told them I am standing in middle of the road with my luggage on festival day, they were least bothered. Later they confirmed they can't help me.So disgusting service and I wish I could give any more negative feedback. I would not recommend booking.com or "Mohit Gokul Lodge New Room" to anyone. I don't know how you guys can sleep, putting people in middle of the road on a holiday trip by just saying sorry, can't help you and you haven't paid anything.Just so disgusting.

Totally worsted me . After arriving the front office staff said no booking.com. I had to pay an extra 400 rs

Nothing, they demanded for 2 times more than the booked price

They demanded for more than two times of booking price Hence I didn't stay there It's worst experience I have ever had.

One day before I booked @482/-.when I reached there they demanded to pay 1200/-. Or else atheist 1000/-

They are cheating ,demanding more on arrival

They charged us double the money shown on your site. I think that's not fair. They said your site is showing false details about charges for one night stay
