It was clean and comfortable. The owner had gone to great lengths to make sure the guest had every comfort. It is located near the Ark Encounter. It is a great place to stay.

It was more spacious than a motel room. Pretty much very clean, Faye seemed very friendly and easy to talk to.

Steps, no fire exit from the room, dirty pillowcase and no view to look outside! My personal tho, just felt too boxed in.

It was as cute as the photos! Nice clean well organized and plenty of clean linens. Very nice to have 2 full bathrooms to expedite getting out in the morning.

I underestimated the steps to get into the unit. When your tired, and have bags to bring upstairs it’s not easy. It also limits the type person that can benefit from the beautiful accommodations. I had a problem with the bed in the separate bedroom, and it only took a quick text to the property manager to get an immediate response of “I’m sorry” and we will get it taken care of while you are enjoying your stay! Bravo!! Thank you for the great customer service!

Really nice apartment. Faye is a super hostess. Beds were really comfortable. Place was very clean.

The only small thing was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
