Kettle needs to be replaced…too hot to handle. Pool could do with a cover.

Check in was really easy and host provider clear instructions. The swimming pool was lovely and very clean. Spacious property and lots of cooking utensils to be able to make meals. Secure Parking on drive. Fantastic location close to restaurants and a supermarket

No hand soap or spare toilet rolls available. Lack of cooking essentials (oil, salt and pepper). Dishwasher provided but no dishwasher tablets, some plates and cutlery were dirty (likely been put in dishwasher without a tablet by the previous guests).

Fantastic location. 3 minute walk to large supermarket, 5 minutes to Puerto Rubicon with selection of quality restaurants and a few bars. Easy 30 minute walk along seafront to main town. Pool area has the sun all day with 4 comfortable loungers. Private driveway for parking. Spacious main bedroom with firm but comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately, the villa had not been cleaned upon arrival. Host did arrange for cleaners to arrive with half an hour, and they were very apologetic and changed towels and bed linen, plus cleaned bathroom. They returned next morning to clean the rest of the house, which meant spending the evening sitting and walking in the previous occupants crumbs and other mess. Shame as would have given 9/10 otherwise. One other minor disappointment was the size of the bed. The main bedroom was very spacious but the bed itself was standard UK double 4 foot 6 inches (137cm) when a much larger bed would easily fit. Some of the apartment could do with a refresh - the bath has a very large chip in it. Despite this, would happily return - and would hope it was clean next time!!

Spacious, well laid out, were supplied with everything we needed for our stay, bed was comfortable, pool was a good size, close to all amenities and marina, beach a short walk away, nice quiet area.

Perfectly located with private pool. Clean and well equipped. Bread, butter, tea coffee milk juice biscuits ham and cheese left for us on arrival.

No toilet roll??? Had to chase up arrival instructions a couple of times. Only got details 7 hours before we left for the airport.
