The place was clean and lots of space. The host was very responsive. Kitchen had most of the basic stuff you need.

Very wide & comfortable apartment. Bathroom supplies and towels was offered. Location is not close to Luxor center but it is fine if you come with a car and very close to the bridge leading to the west bank. The place is very secured with attentive security members. Owner of the apartment is nice , as he after disagreement upon check in he sent to us free water , cheocolate and soft drink.

I booked the apartment after seeing there is a nile view but the apartment was only pool view. Wifi wasn't working 1st day but next day it worked normally. Water heater was leaking water so we couldn't use the hot water for two days and water was freezing.

apartment exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean. very modern. very quiet area. Wish we weren’t just passing through for a day. I wanted to stay longer. 100% recommend! great value for money!

security in the entrance doors. Next to the building there is a supermarket. There was a pool, the bedrooms had good size and had a balcony. view to the pool. Nice dinning room, had a washing machine and kitchen.

The owner was not awailable in person so everything had to sort out by phone .Wify was too poor to comunicate with owner .Basically there is no one around to talk to in person for anything . He did book us the car for Aswan but the guide was very very gready and very rude .

Safe and convenient location. About 20 minutes from center. I used Indrive after the owner has suggested it and it worked perfectly. Good working internet. Owner and his team very friendly and responsive.

the property is huge and nice and also the swimming pool. A family can stay easily

it’s 15 min away by taxi from downtown but that’s not a problem at all since taxi costs 40/50 egp

nice place, away from all the madness of the city, the apartment it’s in a complex where a number of locals live which was nice. my kids got to play with the local kids and even learn a bit of Arabic. the swimming pool staff were very nice and even though they don’t speak English they were friendly and always welcoming I enjoyed my stay there and I would recommended for families .. my kids liked the place and were happy with everything provided

Spacious and clean apartment away from all the city bustle! Was grateful to have our own bedroom with enough beds for our family of 4 and working air conditioners in both rooms. We were not able to take advantage of the pool but it’s a great way to cool off if you have little ones. Good to note there is a washing machine in the apartment as well as a working microwave, fridge, and stove. Neither kids had any complaints about the WiFi while we were there.

A little difficult to access from the main road as one lane is being worked on. Also be aware Uber is not available in the area, you need to use In-Driver instead. We had pre-planned pickups most of the time so this wasn’t a big deal for us - highly recommend Oceanus if you want a driver for yourself. Bring your own toiletries for the shower.

The apartment is very well maintained. It was clean and the decor was very comfortable. It felt like home. The price was also very good. I have stayed in many hotels and I would take this apartment over the hotels. Khaled the owner was brilliant, he made sure our stay was pleasant.

The location is 10 mins drive away from the centre, but there's lots of transport to the city centre for very cheap. Despite the location I would stay here again.

This appartement have all you need,it is big and have even a wash machine , the bidet had warm water and the bed was so big ,All was .very clean .right next to popular market you can all you need from it and right on the front of it there is pizza restaurant on nile river bank but I didn't have the time to try the food there

The apartment exceeded my expectations, fully equipped, super comfy, spotless clean and provides total privacy, Mr. Khalid is a super host, he is so helpful and when we couldn't find the dawn hot air balloon on a very short notice he went above and beyond and provided us the trip with a very affordable price, he always checks if you need something and provides helpful information on cheap transportation and hidden gems, i totally recommended it and would definitely repeat it again for a longer duration

Everything Khaled was very helpful, we were there very early around 7 am and the room was ready for us.. The apartment is spacious and very clean.. All the facilities are available.. Rooms are directly on the pool with side Seaview.. Huge market is available 24/7 under the compound.. Khaled even booked the hot air balloon for us with very good price.. Highly recommended and will definitely come back! Thanks a lot for the amazing service

The apartment is located next to main road hence very easy to travel anywhere and adjoining a super market to get all household things, rooms are equipped with AC and TV and very clean and neat. Balcony is facing swimming pool and we got passes to use the same as complimentary, kitchen is big and have all utensils , overall Nice and great value for money. Mr Khalid , owner of Apartment , also arranged the last minute of Balloon ride which is amazing and worth to go. Absolutely recommended specially for Family travelles
