Pokój, który został nam wskazany poprzez wiadomość prywatną był zajęty przez kogoś innego a w jedynym wolnym pokoju była brudna pościel. Zapasowe przrscieradla również były brudne.

I want to share my recent experience at the Blue River - Popowicka hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing and nothing like the description provided on Booking.com. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a long cable falling from the wall into the floor directly after the door, which was a serious safety hazard. The bathroom was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell, with no soap provided. Moreover, we were not aware that there would be others sharing the flat, which was extremely small for eight people and only had one bathroom. The doors and floors made loud noises, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the cleaning lady would start early in the morning, and we could hear everything on the other side of the room, even at night. The balcony had access only from our room, but it had two large windows in the other room, which made it easy for people from the other room to look into our room, as the balcony door had no cover. The toilet door was also transparent, providing no privacy. Furthermore, the bed was small and uncomfortable, and the cover was not suitable for human use. There were no towels provided, making it difficult to maintain basic hygiene. We had to check out early, and when we politely asked the owner for a refund, he refused without any apologies for the problems we faced during our stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was nothing like what was advertised, and I regret having booked my stay here.

Everything was good, but I did not expect that other people would live (housing in the block), but the price-quality ratio is quite good. I think it's worth focusing on this when placing an ad, thanks.

When we arrived we found someone else sleeping in the bed in our room, really not nice when you arrive late and just want to go sleep.
