Property was clean outside and in. Pool area was excellent. Walk to the beach was great.

Easy access to beach & pools. The pools were fun. Really enjoyed the lazy river & live music.

No restaurants close by. Didn’t have a vehicle so we Ubered.

The apartment is nice has a beautiful view

For a group of six adults and four children, the unit met our needs very well. It was clean and well appointed.  The ocean front balcony was very nice.  The kitchen was modern and well equipped. All in all, I think the representation in the ads for this property were accurate.  Lots of on-site amenities, pools, easy access to the beach and three elevators in our tower which made access to our unit relatively easy.

We are about 25 to 30 minutes from the pavilion area but on a positive note, most of us thought that the lodging density of this area was a plus when it came to the number of people on the beach. The streaming platform on the television’s was difficult to navigate for some, and it would’ve been nice to had real live programming.  having a storage area for our beach gear would’ve been nice also.

The location was great, oceanfront and close to everything we needed and wanted to explore.

The property wasn’t clean! There was hair all over the bed, we went out and bought our own bedding and put on, and the kitchen and bathroom was not clean either, we had to clean toilets, shower and kitchen before we could use any of it.

Great communication!!! The location of the property was perfect!! right on the beach !! the pools and hot tubs were nice too !! we loved the location as well, very close to Cherry Grove beach as well and shops ! very family friendly! we had the best time .

my only complaint is : our beds were too hard for us . woke up with a stiff back . so I had to soak in the hot tub every morning . which wasn’t terrible.

Rick, my host, was awesome. He had us set with his property from beginning to end. I like that the property had something for everyone.

Having to pay $50 cash for an additional parking pass.
