Located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the end of the street overlooking a small canyon and green space. Spectacular views. Clean and well appointed. The host lives next door and is available for any issues or questions. This property will now be my first choice for stays in Prescott.

It is not within walking distance to historic downtown Prescott, but the drive is not too bad.

Perry and Judy are the best! they got my wife flowers for her birthday. The place is so beautiful. The views are just so amazing!!! Dinner and our morning coffee on the back deck. Laying on the hammock and catching some rays.Very clean and cozy😎❤️🥂

Basically everything - the location is gorgeous, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the view is beyond breathtaking, pictures dont do it justice. I worked a lot of my stay and had no issues with wifi or phone service, and google maps actually got me there just fine. My dog was in awe of the wildlife, we saw so many fun animals just hanging out. The shower was hot, the kitcken was equiped enough for me to cook a few meals. The space is larger than I expected! Distance to lakes and whiskey row were not bad drives at all, in fact one night I ubered and it was very reasonable. The owners are very nice, I actually never needed to as them for anything, but my pup loved visiting with theirs when we'd go for walks. I was alone and felt very safe!

The studio is charming and cozy with a true Arizona feel. We spent a lot of time indoors because of the rain and it was spacious for 2 people. There was an issue with the WiFi, but the owners were very attentive and tried to remediate the issue quickly. The studio was very clean. The views are amazing. There are plenty of windows to see the surrounding rock hills and Thumb Butte. You might even get to see wildlife. We saw plenty of javelina and deer. Overall, it was a great stay. 👍

The space and view was wonderful! The hosts were very nice and made us feel really welcomed. We would definitely book another stay here. You will love the view and the ability to see a lot of different animals.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the shower head could use to be replaced, did not spray very well.

There was a lot of room to spread out in the open floor plan. The kitchen was well equipped and functional.

everything! I was sad the hammock wasn’t there but it was rainy and wet . so I get it. but it was amazing we will be back. Absolutely!!
