The villa is amazing and the view is wonderful All appliances inside the villa are available except for the washing machine

- The resort Far from Ras Sedr City - Power outages more than once -Ras Sadr city needs a lot of development, there are no entertainment facilities or restaurants at the level

Had the most amazing time here. The location is absolutely beautiful, a big garden with flowers everywhere, the reef so close to the beach and the villa so spacious and beautiful. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. Yasser and Ana from breakfast were great. The kids club is the best my 5-year-old daughter has been. Inas and Nasser were amazing with our kids (we've been with some friends). Not only they coloured and did indoor activities, but also played in the pool and on the beautiful green lawn. We celebrated the orthodox Easter there and we had painted eggs, a version of "cozonac". Also, they prepared for us a big party on the lawn with clowns, popcorn and lots of fun activities. We are thinking to come back in autumn in the Private Villa Residence on the Red Sea!

This is our 3rd time in 3 years at this Private Residence Villa at Sinaway Lagoon Resort & Spa Ras Sedr, South Sinai . We have been customers for 5 years, the service here beats any other Red Sea Resort in Ras Sedr at South Sinai. As an example, we mentioned to one of the waiters that know us that we miss a particular dish that they used to have at lunch but don’t offer anymore (the cashew chicken) and we were offered a special order for the next day of that dish even if off menu. The examples abound. Egyptians are fantastic at service but here is a different universe of kindness and trying to make things better. I’ll enumerate a couple of examples: Othman who sorted the cashew chicken, Ahmed from the beach bar who came running to get us from the beach as a table had freed up for lunch and was extremely busy, Ragab from Reef Grill who always has a huge smile, Zakaria, Mamdouh and Salah the life guards who watch our kids in the pool and wipe out snorkel masks, Taha and Sayed at the beach service, Mohammed at the pool, Ahmed the concierge, Omar from the funicular. The list is endless and doesn’t do justice, I am sure I missed some people. Come here and enjoy Egypt at its best. Not the sun but how hard these people work to make your vacation a blast. Moreover, the value for money is excellent in such beautiful Sea View Villa!
