スタッフの対応がすごく親切で、お湯もとても気持ちよかったです。 朝は無料のパンとコーヒーなどが付いていて、意外だったのでお得感がありました。

1. 피부케어 관련 어매니티가 풍부합니다. 클렌징 2종, 모이스처 2종, 쉐이빙폼과 애프터쉐이빙로션 등 다양한 스킨케어 제품이 구비되어 있습니다. 마스크팩은 유료로 판매하는 모양입니다. 2. 산속에 있어 주변 경치가 멋지고 고즈넉한 분위기에 편안히 쉴 수 있습니다. 로비와 공용 다이닝룸의 인테리어도 매력적입니다. 3. 서비스가 친절합니다. 시설에 관한 내용을 상세히 설명해주셨고, 외출 후 돌아오면 새 유카타와 수건, 어매니티가 담긴 바구니를 방문앞까지 오셔서 전달해 주셨습니다. 여행 일정 상 아침 일찍 체크아웃을 할 수 있겠냐고 부탁드렸더니 시간 맞춰서 기다려 주셨습니다. 서비스는 처음부터 마지막까지 감동입니다! 4. 조식으로 나오는 빵, 수프가 맛있습니다. 방안에 있는 녹차도 마셔볼 만 합니다. 1박만 하면 너무 아쉬울 것 같은 곳. 하루 정도는 숙소 안에서 하루종일 놀아도 시간이 아깝지 않을 것 같습니다.

바디로션이 없습니다. 대욕탕 탈의실에 하나쯤 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 오히라다이 역에서 걸어서 3분 정도 걸립니다. 산길인데 밤에는 어둡고 차가 많이 다녀서 길을 건널 때는 조심해야 합니다. 도로 왼편에 인도가 있으니 그 길로 다니면 됩니다. 주변에 아무것도 없기 때문에 필요한 물건은 미리 사가지고 와야 합니다.

Blended in nature. The hot springs are clean, well-maintained and beautiful. The staff are so helpful. I headed out for dinner and all places were full. They managed to find a small eatery nearby for us. The hotel also has a dinning room and kitchen that you can use for quick prepared meal. The library is warm and cozy. There’s a record player and a huge collection of oldies jazz & blue.

Super clean, the Servus is exceptional great, felt very welcomed and they made sure to answer every question I had. Would definitely recommend if you want a spot to relax for a couple days in their in-house onsen!

Nothing to do with the property but it is located on a hill and there is literally nothing nearby (restaurants/supermarket), you have to take the bus if you want something to eat

The onsen and the whole environment was so amazing and relaxing. Staff was very kind and really cared about everything, they even gave me a spotlight after the sun set when I walked to a nearby store. Breakfast (pastries) were served in the morning with tea/coffe, I didn't know that breakfast was included so it was a nice surprise.

Nice view from the room, hot springs very hot and everything spotlessly clean. Very relaxing ambience.

No services as such, no onsite bar or restaurant, just tea in Your room. No bars or restaurants nearby you have to get a train a few stops, and walk down/up a dark bend in the road to get to the station. The offering is more like a motel than hotel. Make your own futon up, a ‘free breakfast’ is offered by very basic, you can however bring your own… great if your a backpacker I’d imagine but charging hotel prices.
