the SPA in property was not functional. The top floor rooms have a narrow corridor to access which could be claustrophobic for some people

Rate is very high. And do not have enough facility .Location is far away from beach.

Staffs are very friendly and highly attentive to the calls Maintenance is exceptional and not to mention about the food , gastronomically healthier choices and tasty food with different varieties to choose Lake view we stayed had a fantastic views on the backwater which is the highlight of this resort Recommend for all family vacation trip who prefer some respite in this busy life

Actually none , all meticulously arranged and service provided was really good,, however had some slight issues with the bathroom Staffs attended immediately to rectify it in short time

The breakfast was delicious, buffet style (S. Indian Vegetarian). In addition omelets we're available. Fresh juices---

Coffee was subpar. Instant powdered NesCafe (ick) Would be nice to have fresh brewed coffee.

One of the best resort i have come across. Peaceful and a well kept property,serene ambience. The staff were friendly & ready to assist everytime.Food was tasty and the service was excellent. Very good for a relaxing and refreshing break..

We liked the location, rooms and calmness, staff friendliness. Lago provided cycles for us to roam around on the beachroad. It was a very good idea - we could cycle 3km stretch..

We don't have any major complaints. However, I would have liked it they have kept some evening events for families/guests staying there. ( Like a camp fire, rain dance setup, soothing music near the swimming pool/lake).

It’s an overstatement to call this a resort. Its a mini hotel. There is pool and there isn’t much other than that. The property is soo small and the location was a big problem. Honestly there is nothing around Cherai. The beach is dirty and smells. So it’s a bummer the resort doesn’t have much to offer to offset the location. The restaurant has very limited options despite having a Menu that says otherwise and I was told it takes 2 hrs for them to prepare dinner. This was at 8 pm and not a late night request. Avoid Cherai like a plague.And if you decide on it anyway, avoid this place and book an actual resort where you can at least take a walk.
